Tricia’s roots trace back to Blanco County where she grew up on her family’s ranch and developed her passion for the Texas Hill Country. She currently resides in Johnson City calling this area of the Hill Country home. Along with being immersed in its culture, this gives Tricia a unique perspective on land ownership in the area. Tricia is able to offer local knowledge and evaluation for a variety of properties such as farm and ranch, residential and commercial properties - including the booming 290 Wine Trail. Along with Real Estate, Tricia and her husband raise various species of exotic hoofstock with “Next Level Exotics” making her an excellent resource for helping clients choose animals to stock their ranches. Tricia also offers consultations to discuss improvements and practices to best accommodate managing various species.
