SUMMARY The 'Wiosna' (Spring) Association is a renowned Polish charity. The most prominent initiative of the organisation has been 'Szlachetna Paczka' (Noble Gift) – a unique project in terms of scale which they have been running annually for almost two decades. Private donors provide for the needs of the most underprivileged members of their communities by arranging individually designed gift parcels. The 18th year of 'Wiosna' would be a test of its maturity and ability to make a real difference. It was a tough year for the organisation because of major personnel changes. Despite all of that, we were setting off with hope on a journey to explore human kindness and generosity. People are inherently good, and we can prove it. We generated a total of 13,977 cash payments. Total estimated value of the aid amounted to ₏10,974,859!

SUMMARY As the saying goes, 'Revenue is vanity, profit is sanity'. This is the story of how we helped Ireland’s largest online retailer go from loss-making to profit-making at a time when retailers typically don’t make any money! Littlewoods Ireland came to us with a problem – although revenue growth was strong, their bottom line was in decline. Our search efforts had been heavily invested in high revenue-driving categories such as electricals, with less attention given to high profit-driving categories such as clothing & footwear. Armed with Littlewoods' business insight, a complete revamp of our strategy was required in order to help drive bottom line growth. This campaign demonstrates the importance of moving the KPI beyond vanity metrics like revenue towards metrics that are going to have a real tangible impact on profit growth and, ultimately, company survival. Winning an award for this campaign will help to highlight how significant this shift in strategy can be for any brand operating in the digital space.

SUMMARY We are Up&More, one of the fastest growing interactive agencies in Poland. We have a significant amount of lead campaigns under our belt, real estate marketing being one of our specialties. We provide our services on every stage of online campaigns – be it creative, web development projects or online media solutions. Vantage Development has been our client since the beginning of 2017. We are very happy to look back at 2 years long rapport, that blossomed thanks to our knowledge, expertise and outstanding results. SUMMARY Nomad Foods is a leading Europe-wide packaged foods company with brands such as Iglo, Birds Eye and Findus. Traditionally Nomad brands’ media and advertising has solely focused on mass media such as TV and OOH. We aimed to use SEO and content to change consumers’ mindset and dispel the negative myths associated with frozen food. Through our quantitative research, we discovered that many people still assume that frozen foods are less nutritious or unhealthy. We wanted to educate and showcase Nomad as a leader in frozen food and explain the benefits of frozen, for example how frozen peas can hold nutrition for longer than fresh peas! By developing a mass scaled SEO led content strategy that focused on recipes and nutritional trends with high search volume, every time a Mum searched for a recipe online, we could offer relevant, inspirational content high in organic search results. Results included over 1.5 million NEW users reached both onsite and through press, and 56% YoY increase in organic visits to reach a record of 4.2m visits!

SUMMARY United Retail is a franchise organization that operates the brands Euronics, Electro World and Witgoed specialist. With more than 320 branches throughout the Netherlands, there is always a store in the area. Through personal attention, quality and service, the brands of United Retail distinguish themselves from their competition. Reaching the target group in this highly-competitive market is a big challenge. This was one of the main challenges when United Retail set the goal to get more people to their local branches. Adwise created a centralized digital strategy for United Retail with a focus on local campaigns and the strength of the local franchise branches. As a result: a huge increase in store visits, purchases and sales. This case could only be realized through close collaboration between Adwise and United Retail. This European Search Award is a great recognition of that and confirms Adwise’s position as the digital brain of their customers.

SUMMARY We started our collaboration with de Splenter Schoenen years ago with a small marketing budget. The goal was to grow the business online by at least 20% a year. In the last 2 years we doubled the total online revenue each year, reaching 1.000.000 euro online revenue in the Netherlands in 2018. Because of the small budget and the extremely competitive market we always had to be creative in the way we allocated marketing budget. One of the reasons for achieving this growth was by implementing Shopping 3D. This made the most expensive part of the stock the most profitable in terms of marketing spend. It was an honor to win The Dutch Search Awards 2018 in the category Small Budget Campaign, but it is an even bigger honor to also win in Europe! Our collaboration with the Splenter Schoenen underlines our statement: “Big enough to cope and small enough to care."

SUMMARY Founded in 1847, Elverys is Ireland’s oldest sports store. They offer equipment and sportswear for Gaelic football, rugby, and other sports. Don’t worry! You don’t need to know anything about Irish sports for this entry. In fact, none of the team on this account is Irish nor a sport fan! We needed to scale their online business so that 10% of their entire revenue came from online by the end of 2018 (€8.5M) from 6% in 2017. 10% may not seem much, until you realise that you need to grow online revenue over 64% YoY (€5.19M to €8.5M) with only €56K additional ad spend in Q4 YoY. Elverys also had a much smaller digital marketing budget than their competitors Since we weren’t familiar with Irish sports, we needed to rely 100% on data insights. Developing a series of cross-channel integrated campaigns and applying tech & innovation was key to outsmarting the strong competition. On a personal note, it is fantastic to win this award to show that excellence can be achieved regardless of gender or nationality. Hopefully one day, society will be as impartial as the data we draw decisions from.

We proved our concept by vastly surpassing all the goals set at the start of the project. This was partly due to us creating the best strategy for the quickest business impact, as well as executing the campaign brilliantly thanks in large part to the great team operating at the centre of it all. Winning an award for Best Integrated Campaign means a tremendous amount to us because the team not only worked passionately, but also relentlessly to achieve their targets in a short period of time. Our response was to create 24 Hour London - the world's first Gigapixel time-lapse panoramic photo of the London skyline. As a result, we were able to generate 138 pieces of linked coverage (almost three times our target), from a range of sites including: Time Out, Tech Radar, The Daily Mail, Peta Pixel, DP Review, En Gadget, Digital Trends, Yahoo & CNN. 24 Hour London was unique in many ways. The campaign was a world first: dubbed a 'Gigalapse' due to being the first instance of combining timelapse and Gigapixel technology.
