No, you cannot pay for a BOGO BOX OR THE DAILY BOGO DEAL offer with product points. CAN I USE MY AR BALANCE TO PAY FOR A BOGO BOX OR DAILY BOGO DEAL ORDER? Yes you can use your AR Balance. WILL I BE ABLE TO ORDER THE BOGO BOX AND ORDER THE DAILY OFFER? Yes, you can purchase the BOGO BOX while it is available and still particpate in the daily BOGO deal. Please note, we are unable to combine your orders if you choose to participate in more than one offer. IF I ORDER 2 BOGO BOXES CAN I STILL GET 5 OF THE DAILY BOGOS? Yes you can. CAN BOGO ORDERS BE DONE THROUGH WILL CALL? Loyalty Rewards Program orders that are processed with 50 PV or more will receive points based on the Wellness Advocate/Wholesale Customer’s current percentage. POINTS WILL BE BASED ON THE PV OF THE ITEM YOU ARE PURCHASING. Example: If the BOGO Offer was ‘Buy 1 Lemon, Get 1 Lavender Free’, you would receive LRP points for the Lemon PV. Provided the order you submit has a total PV of 50 or more. LRP ORDERS PROCESSED WITH LESS THAN 50 PV WILL NOT EARN LRP POINTS. When you purchase the BOGO BOX you wIll receive LRP points for the total PV of the BOGO BOX. CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING OF THE DAILY BOGO OFFERS? No. In order to secure each day’s BOGO offer you must process the daily BOGO offer on the designated offer day. The system will not allow you to combine BOGO offers over multiple days. MY CREDIT CARD IS DECLINING. WHAT SHOULD I DO? If your credit card is declining, make sure to enter your 3 digit security code (found on the back of your card) before processing. If you continue to have problems processing your order, please call Member Services immediately so they can assist you in processing your order I CAN’T LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT. WHAT SHOULD I DO? If you cannot access your account please contact our friendly Member Services team and they can assist you with resetting your password and gaining access. HOW CAN I CHECK IF MY BOGO ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED? Depending on the number of people ordering, you may receive a message saying “Thank you, we have received your order and it is being processed”. This message could be on your screen for at least 5 minutes. Do not keep clicking submit or you may create duplicate orders. To confirm that your order has been submitted, click “Order & Package Tracking” in your Dashboard Tab. This could take 20 minutes to appear. If this status does not occur, please contact Member Services. WHEN I ADD THE BUY ITEM TO MY CART THE GET ITEM DOES NOT SHOW UP WHEN I REVIEW THE ORDER. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING? Did you start your Virtual Office Session before 10am AEDT or 12 pm NZDT? If yes, you need to close your session and start a new one as the offers are not available to purchase prior to the start time.
