Douglasville Police Core Values The strategic plan for accomplishing the Douglasville Police Department’s mission must begin by identifying the core values. These values must be preserved and defended by the Douglasville Police Department in performing its statutory missions. The values, listed to the right, govern all actions of the Police Department’s daily operations. All officers are expected to abide by these values and nothing less is acceptable.
