I’m proud that the City of Douglasville has an excellent Traffic Patrol division through our Police Department. The division is overseen by Captain Adam Cannon. The Patrol division has been referred to as the “backbone” of the police department and is responsible for patrolling the city 24 hours a day/7 days a week. These officers are often the first responders to any dispatched or self-initiated incidents. They perform traffic stops and investigate traffic accidents and their division also includes the K-9 unit!
