As promised, there are Semi-detached units now available in Miller’s Pond. Both bungalow and 2-storey layouts. A plan that is particularly fabulous is the Sedona, of which there are only 6 units!
These are available for immediate possession up until Spring of 2024. Take a drive down Silverleaf Path and you’ll see them all lined up and waiting for you to experience.

The Harvest Run Punch
Ingredients
1 ½ Cups Bourbon
2 Cups Apple Cider
½ Cup Lemon Juice
¼ cup Real Maple Syrup
1” Fresh Grated Ginger
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
2 – 3 (12 ounces) Sparkling Cider
*** Thinly sliced apples, cinnamon sticks, or rosemary springs for serving ***
The Harvest Run cocktail is a mix-up of bourbon, a splash of lemon, apple cider, maple syrup, ginger, and cinnamon … all shaken up and poured over ice. Top each drink off with sparkling cider. It’s all things fall and incredibly delicious. Just a little sweet, with apple and cinnamon flavours throughout, and made extra fizzy with regular or hard sparkling cider. It’s warming and cozy… the perfect easy fall cocktail.

At Doug Tarry Homes, it’s not just about the built environment; it’s equally about prioritizing the well-being of our occupants. This means incorporating measures such as using Graphenstone paints, a true zero-VOC paint. Furthermore, we have the capability to sequester carbon. As we study the assessments of our housing’s carbon footprint, we recognize the imperative to reduce not only our operational carbon but also our embodied carbon. We’re closely studying this and actively working to reduce our carbon footprint in our housing projects. This will be critically important as we progress, forming one of the four principals of modern design.
