Fall brings new colours to our surroundings and Eagle Ridge is no exception. The fall colours are popping on the trees in the neighbourhood!

We are excited to have sales starting on Firefly Lane. Congratulations to those who are moving forward with a new build on this lovely cul-de-sac. By this time next year, Lake Margaret Estates should be officially complete with only 4 lots remaining, and the Feature Homes now complete with sod and fencing, it might be all sold out by the end of 2023! The Harvest Run Punch

Ingredients

1 ½ Cups Bourbon

2 Cups Apple Cider

½ Cup Lemon Juice

¼ cup Real Maple Syrup

1” Fresh Grated Ginger

½ teaspoon Cinnamon

2 – 3 (12 ounces) Sparkling Cider

*** Thinly sliced apples, cinnamon sticks, or rosemary springs for serving ***

The Harvest Run cocktail is a mix-up of bourbon, a splash of lemon, apple cider, maple syrup, ginger, and cinnamon … all shaken up and poured over ice. Top each drink off with sparkling cider. It’s all things fall and incredibly delicious. Just a little sweet, with apple and cinnamon flavours throughout, and made extra fizzy with regular or hard sparkling cider. It’s warming and cozy… the perfect easy fall cocktail.

Looking to add personality to your home? The front door is the perfect starting place. Adding a pop of colour or contrasting tone to your exterior, whether it be a bold black finish against a light exterior or something vibrant like yellow, red or blue, the front door is jumping off point to express your personality and have some fun with your exterior. Just remember, the sun will dampen most colours visually, so it is typically better to go a deeper colour to create a dramatic and distinctive door.

As we study the assessments of our housing’s carbon footprint, we recognize the imperative to reduce not only our operational carbon but also our embodied carbon.
