My husband and I are retired seniors with very specific needs in mind for our retirement home. We found these and more in a Doug Tarry home in St. Thomas. From a well-designed floor plan to an exceptionally well-built house, we couldn’t be more pleased with our decision. Before, during and after the construction phase, the Tarry staff were extremely efficient and always ready to help with advice and recommendations. We’re very happy and comfortable in our new house. Well done Doug Tarry Homes! Don & Kathy MacRae

Everyone is working hard on this project! Development of the lands is underway in the upcoming subdivision in Dorchester, Acorn Valley. Amanda Joiner, the new Homes Sales Consultant for this area, can’t wait to work with home buyers when the time comes. More information will be released in the upcoming months. Thank you to everyone for being patient while I work on the sales for Phase 4. Even though it feels like winter, we are still busy planting trees and laying sod. It’s lovely to see the green grass and all the fall colours of the gardens before the snow starts to fly. Final coats of asphalt went down in a few areas, curbs and 1st coat in others. Driveways are in full swing - it’s a busy place! Speaking of busy, Clover Circle is soon going to be a new home to many, so the construction teams are out in full force. Watch for moving trucks later this month. Harvest Run is now Sold Out of Single Detached Lots until 2022. Congratulations to our new home buyers! Sales and Reservations have begun for the Semi - Detached bungalows along Harlequin Court, please contact Cathy Fox at 519-266-4561 for details on these Quick Possession Homes. A release date for the Ashberry units will come at a later date. This new development will have many beautiful lots in phase one, including some lots backing on to the Port Stanley Railway train tracks. Check out the preliminary site map posted on our website for phase one lots. Cathy Fox is the New Homes Sales Consultant for this development and will have more information to share soon. If you are receiving this newsletter, then you are on selection list for these lots as well. 2

As part of our Principles of Modern Design, we’re proud to announce that 300 Manor is more airtight than our initial goal!
Air testing at 300 Manor
Our Principles of Modern Design include carbon reduction and climate resilient construction – fewer air leaks ensure your new home is greener for the environment, and easy on your monthly budget. We had an internal target of 50% reduction in air filtration, meaning a result of 0.78 L/[s•m2], and we came in at 0.59. The units are more airtight than US Army Corps standards. This means on those cold, cuddly nights, air stays in your home where it belongs. Good things for the environment and your budget! Congratulations, team!
