y heartfelt gratitude to all guest and attendees. My words are not enough to express my thanksgiving for your willingness to share this time with me. This celebration is not only about my life alone, but yours as well. My intention is to brighten your life and give you special memories. In addition, I intend to provide my family with a lasting last thought of me and my life. It is difficult to express to my children especially, but to other family and friends as well how challenging my journey with multiple myeloma has been but I have been determined not to let the disease process win. Nearly 5 years ago God gave me the term Project One Way as the title of my personal manifesto. That manifesto included such things as I shall live and not die to declare the works of the Lord, I decrease to increase my vertical relationship with God and I vow not to look like what I’ve been through. I decree and declare there is only one way for me to survive and overcome this ordeal; that one way is through my vertical relationship with God and my steadfast believe in His word which says I am healed by Jesus’ stripes, therefore I say to one and all I am in complete agreement with God’s plan and purpose for my life. If my transition is near or far, I agree with God and I thank Him for the life I have lived and I thank you for sharing in that life with me.

“Celebrate what you will do as part of my legacy. You may have said that you love me or that you are proud of me, even that I have inspired you. So I say again, what will you do as part of my legacy? All I have done is inspire you with how I live my life in truth and authenticity.” STEPHANI “GIT” FRANCIS

“A

s a result of enduring 12 different kinds of chemo therapy, thereby exhausting all available treatments to me under the advisement of my medical team, I have discontinued treatment and am currently in the care of a hospice program. I am in complete agreement with God’s plan for my life. I am at peace with my eventual end in the earth realm and I am looking forward to an eternity with Christ in God’s heavenly places.” STEPHANI “GIT” FRANCIS
