THE HONOR SCHOLAR AND FELLOWS PROGRAMS

In DePauw’s Honor Scholar and three Fellows programs, top-notch faculty and talented students work together to ask and answer questions that matter and address the challenges of a new generation.

These programs offer students specific ways to augment their liberal arts education. The Honor Scholar Program offers students a capstone thesis project that represents the rare opportunity and challenge of engaging with faculty members on a topic of the student’s choosing. The Fellows programs offer semester-long internships or research experiences and frequent opportunities to engage with leading scholars and industry leaders on and off campus. All of these programs serve as an intellectual home for some of the nation’s brightest and most ambitious students. HONOR SCHOLAR: The Honor Scholar Program provides a home for students who understand that the most pressing and important issues in the world require the ability to think and work across disciplines and backgrounds.

ENVIRONMENTAL FELLOWS: This integrative program is designed for students who exhibit intellectual curiosity, high academic potential and strong motivation to address environmental issues.

MANAGEMENT FELLOWS: DePauw’s Management Fellows Program connects students interested in business and management with the best of a liberal arts education and real-world experiences.

MEDIA FELLOWS: Combining classes with hands-on media experience, the Media Fellows Program features semester-long, off-campus internships. The program is intended for students planning a career in media, as well as those who are curious about how different media operate as a necessity in performing effectively in other careers.
