Aesthetics of the Modern Forest Project Commissioner/Creator Chun Fu Development This apartment building is located in the corner, and facing the waterfront of Touqian River. The overall design planning, it is hoped that this building can reflect the surrounding natural environment of the site and use a modern style to create a comfortable and relaxed yet elegant public space for the residents. The main residents are IT engineer and professionals, so that the design team takes into their preferences for a simple and elegant lifestyle, avoid using complicated elements, with clean and simple design techniques and appropriate materials, creating a durable and easy maintenance public environment.

Arboriculture-Water Rhythm Project Commissioner Agile Group Creator Percept Space The building is located in the Luxuriant Palace club, it takes place in the historical Suzhou city, the origin of the famed classical gardens, and Kunqu Opera. The project takes its cues from the classical garden living style, created to provide leisure entertainment to the city’s elites.

A perfect blend of design elements, themed “habitatwater rhythm-arboriculture”, flow through the entire spatial design, materials, and decors, forming a new vision of modern Chinese style through infusing Chinese elegance, western demeanor, and modern quality in one, through expressions of postmodernism design techniques.

The Design departs the logical relationship between the spatial dynamic and the theme story, plans out the urban pioneer exhibition dynamic and future life experience, activates the growth effect of urban organic and the regeneration energy of community, combines art images, triggers chemical reactions, calls out viewer’s perception fully, taps the interaction potential between people and space, and finally leads them to think about the rapid development of real cities and future trends.

The space is created through flow and movement. Meteorite art installation, as the decorative modeling elements, attracts all the attention to the focal point itself, activates the whole space. We use the tangible way to interpret the internal invisible pulse and rhythm, explain the inner power of life, and perform its silent rhythm and flow.

The artistic decoration creates spatial dynamic, forms a virtual visual of movement and emerges sensible flexibility.
