Team Liyuan Zhang Jianxin Liu Qingsong Li The case is located in Kunming, Yunnan, the hometown of colorful clouds in China, where it is like spring all the year round with beautiful scenery. Based on its superior natural and climate environment, the design team integrates the local elements, taking the skylight with cloud shadow and the subtle fragrance floating as the theme to extend the overall space design concept. Through the combination of light and shadow, circulation design and soft outfit collocation, a sales space with modern, relatively natural and elegant style is hereby created to highlight the spatial characteristics while echoing with the local culture.

Greenland Global Healing District Project Commissioner/Creator G-Art Architecture and Interior Design Greenland Global Healing District is a real estate sales center located in Xining City, Qinghai Province, China.

Greenland Global Healing District is developed with the theme of “Coffee Life Pavilion” to create an experience pavilion that conforms to the urban modern lifestyle.

Suning Sandal Wood Project Commissioner/Creator G-Art Architecture and Interior Design SUNING SANDAL WOOD is a real estate project located in Nanjing, China. G-Art Architecture and Interior Design is in charge of the interior design of the real estate sales center.

The design is inspired by the “Han Xizai Night Banquet” by Gu Hongzhong, a famous painter in the Southern Tang Dynasty. The designer integrates the design concept of luxury hotel, uses the most simple materials to create a novel, artistic and dramatic space scene in a natural form.

Team Chief Designer: Yang Song Designer: Zhou Yu Designer: Wang Maoyu This project, Huahong Shi Dai Jiu Zhu, located in the center of Wenling City, presents the trend of simplicity and cleanliness in the language of space design. It replaces complex elements with geometric artistic installations, leaving abundant blank space in the rooms, where light grows in harmony with space, and expresses the artistic conception of space that “simplicity” is “minus”.

The columns, art pebbles and black art products contain a possibility of infinite artistic interpretation in the surface of geometric logic. Gray marble ladders and black handrails extend upward in straight and curved ways, like a path leading to the hall of art, and create a simple, avant-garde artistic conception of space.

Zonhow • 5Fook International Sales Center Project Commissioner Zonhow Real estate Creator Rumo Interior Design

Team Jason Chen, Henry Cui, Ethan Zhu, Caesar Chen Situated in the center of Qianjiang New Town, Hangzhou, China, Zonhow • 5Fook International is a world-class urban complex that integrates corporate headquarters, business exhibitions, offices and residences. The project is its sales center. The design team has been impressed by the elegance and poetic romance of Hangzhou, and is well-versed in the essence of Jiangnan (the region south of the Yangtze River) aesthetics. Taking “urban living room” as the design concept, the designers blended humanistic charm of Jiangnan Region with modern design languages, and integrated commercial and artistic value of this urban space. Arcs and curved surfaces were utilized to generate a sense of layering and tension in the space.

The project takes comprehensive consideration into architectural appearance, functional division and business forms. It explores aesthetics that goes beyond commercial logic and the function of sales center.
