When the walls are torn up and down, this action was called “INVISIBLE TRACTION FORCE” in this space. therefore, to forming a special multi-dimensional space. Designer hope the space full of power and energy that why what they created.

Hi-Q Project Commissioner/Creator Fiefdom Conformity Design Limited Company The client of this project started from fish farming, that later, using biotechnology development patents and investing in brown algae research, gradually developed a full range of brown algae brands, hoping to build the first platform in Taiwan that combines brown algae life experience and social services. Before starting the planning of “Hi-Q Brown Algae Pavilion”, the design team thoroughly studied the concept of the brand and the purpose of space management, and took “experience” as the core concept, through the “multiple integration” design method and smooth and harmonious space narrative, the two-story venue is connected in series to the exhibition center, gourmet restaurant, member classroom and R&D office. In addition, in terms of aesthetic presentation, it draws on the client ’s fish farming experience and the characteristics of brown algae.

Team Chung-Lin Lee The space is surrounded by high concrete walls and a concealed entrance, leaving only a horizontal opening on top of the wall, through which you can see the indoors starlight. Inside and outside contain two separate walls, apart yet related.

The hanging tree trunk casts a shadow like a spider’s web, a metaphor for the experimentalism in this project, and gently shattering the myth of brand names. The employment of cement, brick, recycled material, nude material, burnt curtains and such, is the hope to reclaim the starting point of the designer’s belief in craftsmanship and no compromise, and to redefine the meaning of beauty.
