With busy work, mechanized life, and the pressure of contemporary society, we want to escape desperately. It is difficult to find a balance between life and work. Facing the exhausting life, only by creating a landscape residence that meets the needs of life, can it bring a touch of warmth to the urban people who are alienated from life. The designer takes forest, bird’s nest, and birds in the park as design elements, takes ‘parks, life, scenes, immersion, care, emotion, and quality’ as the core of the design, and reshapes the relationship with the family and neighborhood with the high-quality landscape design.

Greenland Hongkong Intercity Space station, Guangde Project Commissioner/Creator Shanghai Wubei Landscape Design

Team Wubei Shanghai Studio This project is located in an old city which name is Guangde in China. There is a river called Wuliang xi (the mother river of Guangde County). So we took the river as the design inspiration. We extracted its winding shape, and formed the design element symbol of this project after decomposition and reorganization. We formed the characteristic memory point using the deduction of modern design techniques. Our mission is to let everyone find their own aesthetic lives.

The design embraces the new Chinese style, accessible luxury quality, and exclusive customization, so as to meet the needs of customers with all-round ages, sharing ecology, safety, and health. In the design of Agile Kylin Mansion Landscape, we fully absorb the unique oriental “Poetic Garden Culture” and the historical, cultural heritage of the River, creating rare, noble, natural, and low-density “panoramic garden” products to achieve the harmony between human and nature.

Team Mucong Li, Yong Xie, Rong Zhou, Jian Xu, Yunxiang Xiao, Fang Fan, Ming Wang Set by the foothill of a mountain in Yunnan province, Rye In The Valley is a Chinese style, heart -warming residential community by the scenic terrace slopes, where the core elements of mountains, spring water, and stones penetrate through the design concept.

Focusing on strengthening the spiritual bonding between human and nature, welcoming facilities such as leisure pavilion, vast green lawns, alleyways, and courtyards, are designed to cultivate and embrace community living.
