Team KAITI CHANG / Chieh Lin In this elegant and monochromatic space, the design team used laser cutting engraved metal plates, marble walls, imported floor tiles and other materials to create a modern and warm home environment. The open design of the public area and the floor-toceiling windows visually enlarged the spatial scale and also create a more natural and comfortable homey atmosphere. The special curved TV wall and sofa bring out the warmth of the wooden texture, and the choice of bricks, and the large floor-toceiling windows create a warmer atmosphere for the minimalist home style, while the ingenious detail design, smooth circulation, and noble and elegant furniture combination enhance the living quality of the residents.

The Home for a Brand New Start Project Commissioner/Creator PONE Architecture This is a renovation project. The owner is a professional woman and looks after her daughter independently. Time and space are important to improve life efficiency.

Before transformation, low space utilization rate, only 55%. Limited space for her daughter to grow up and space for her hobbies.

After transformation, space utilization rate increases, by reorganizing functions distribution, extending living space, designing hobbies area, and using the vacant space to be a guest room in a composite way. we exchange space for life time, improve life quality and take all-round needs into account.

Team Chief decoration designers: Zhang Hua, Lu Wei The project is a show flat of an upscale residential development named Greentown · Magnificent Residence in Hangzhou, China. Drawing on the fascinating scenery and profound culture of the city and adjoining a 300,000 square-meter urban complex, the development boasts a prosperous surrounding environment and a serene interior atmosphere. The design team was entrusted to conceive the show flat. Through adopting a natural design approach and combining simple, elegant tones with exquisite decorations, the design team created a serene and peaceful living space.

Team Wen-Kai Chen This design project demonstrates the spatial taste via Italian modern style, with a neutral grey tone as the main theme, utilizing various types of materials to present the unique dignified and conservative impressions of grey through mutual stacking of different materials, including solid wood, padded cover, stone, glass, spray paint and art decorative materialsÖetc., while the furniture and lighting fixture reflect the house owner’s unique personality, devoting to create a scenario story filled with art and culture.
