Mr. President: Senator: Congressman: Mr. Attorney General: Immigration Officer: DC, Hawaii, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, and every port of entry Chairman, Foreign Relations Committee, US Senate: Chairman, Foreign Relations Committee, US House: Madame Secretary of State: US Ambassador to Thailand: Editor: There is an imminent possibility that a fugitive from Thailand, ex-Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra, will knowingly and wrongfully enter the USA, with the help of his lobbyists and high-level law enforcement officials in the US. Law enforcement officers in the US can confirm that Thaksin Shinnawatra is a fugitive on the run from his 2-year jail term in Thailand, and has eluded prosecution for several indictments on him on corruption, bribery, tax invasion, and prejudicial killings. Knowing the above and allowing Thaksin Shinnawatra to enter the US against US law, any federal officers from the lowest level at the port of entry on up to the officers in the State Department and even the President may be liable for obstruction of justice charges. We respectfully request you to respect US law and not allow one fugitive to enter the US against US law to tarnish the good image of the US as a rule-of-law champion and the centuries-long good relationship between the US and Thailand. Thai American (in City or State)

(2007) In a telephone interview from Hong Kong, Alan VanderMolen, vice president for Asia and the Pacific at Edelman, said, “We’re working with him in his capacity as a private citizen and supporting some media outreach to support his efforts to return to Thailand.”[14] II. http://www.foreignpolicyjournal.com/2011/06/22/thailand-red-power-or-moneypower/
