Posters are also provided for the classroom. A Kelly Tours Representative will visit your school to answer parent, chaperone, and teacher questions. During a slide show with pictures of the motor coach and destination, the Representative will go over the itinerary and payment options. Parents can register and pay online! All of your trip data will be at the tip of your fingers in the Teacher’s Lounge at KellyTours.com. View the trip roster in real time, complete easy rooming and bus lists, view payment balances, and more.
Your Kelly Tours Representative will stay in touch throughout all stages of the trip to ensure special requests are met, educational materials are provided, and to provide help navigating the website. The final letter is provided three weeks before the trip with complementary Kelly Tours TShirts. This letter details departure and return times, provides a daily itinerary, and a list of what students should bring for a wonderful traveling experience. A Tour Director will accompany the group to work with the driver, ensure that the group stays on schedule, and take care of all trip components allowing the group leader to focus on chaperoning the participating students. 3

GENERAL INFORMATION
Requested trip dates are subject to availability. All prices in this catalog are based on 40 paid participants. All day trips include a morning and afternoon snack, lunch, and a Kelly Tours T-Shirt. All overnight trips include lodging (quad occupancy/two beds), tours, evening activities, admissions, and most meals. We are happy to serve groups outside these locations. Famous throughout the world for its alligators, cypress trees, and colorful history, Okefenokee Swamp is recognized by the United Nations as a “wetland of international importance” because of the diversity of the wildlife it supports. Native Americans called the swamp the “Land of Trembling Earth” due to the unstable peat deposits that cover much of the swamp floor and “tremble” when stepped on.
