Welcome to your latest edition of the Perthshire Solicitors Property Guide. Autumn is officially underway with October just around the corner. However, there’s plenty time left to buy and move into the house of your dreams before the onset of Winter. With that in mind, we have arranged another free ‘Help to Buy’ event planned within PSPC, running from 10am until 1pm on Saturday 30 September. As you will see from our front cover shot, this guide contains a prime example of what’s currently offer within Perth and Perthshire. Our front cover star is this guide’s Feature Property, one of a small group of houses situated in a rural area to the north east of Errol near to the hamlet of Grange.
