Health Clinic Floor Narrative & Program
The Community Health Clinic on the ground floor caters to residents of the neighborhood, as well as citizens of the city at large. In this warm and open environment, visitors receive full-service primary health care for a variety of ailments and conditions. It is planned to provide a dignified experience for the population it serves. It does this by using layers of privacy to shield the sensitive functions of health care from the inviting public lobby.

Emotional Health and Public Health Office Narrative
The Emotional Health Clinic is a full-service mental health services provider. This program allows the wellness center to assist with more than just physical wellbeing. This is because many health conditions are not only physical, but also mental. Like the ground floor, the second floor strives to provide dignified and private counseling and family services for anyone who needs them. This is accomplished by using layers of privacy to separate the public and private functions of the floor. Warm and inviting materials are used to create a comfortable residential feeling. The Department of Public Health Offices are included in the program to give public health researchers the chance to study health outcomes in location that is in close proximity to the services that their department oversees. The open office is lively and collaborative.

Community Hosing Narrative & Program
Hovering above the public program is the Community Housing. These apartment houses cater to families that have limited options for quality housing. The apartments are refuges in a busy city, and offer sanctuary from the stressors of the outside world. This gives residents and their families the chance to heal and reflect on their desires and goals, and use that reflection to chart a new future. The community provides and interconnected way of living through the shared use of social public space that few other apartments offer.
