JUNIOR CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP

Saturday 19th March, Emirates Golf Club hosted the Junior Club Championship 2022 with 15 golfers competing on the Majlis Course.

The overall boy’s winner and Junior Club Champion 2022 is Zach Gould with a gross score of 72 and a nerve-racking two hole playoff on holes 17 and 18.

Zach played very good Golf throughout his round which included 2 birdies, 2 bogey’s and fourteen pars. His biggest competitor and runner up was Viktor KofodOlson who also played a 72 and only just missed out in the playoff.

Girls Junior Club Champion 2022 was defended strongly by Hannah Alan with an impressive gross score of 74 (+2 par). Hannah played amazing golf through her round with two birdies and one eagle. The highlight of Hannah’s round came immediately on hole 1, where she holed out for 2 from the fair way.

In the net division, Sailesh Suji Prabakaran was victorious with a net 66. The highlight of Sailesh’s round was nine net birdies!
