The restaurant itself offers multiple dining concepts for the guest to experience.

The journey begins at the door where guests are greeted by a secret tunnel that leads to the lively main dining area. Guests will immediately notice the restaurant’s cool setting with its quirky brick walls, teal banquettes and sleek dark wooden tables and chairs - giving it a classic and timeless feel.

If you’re looking for a more interactive dining experience, you can grab a chair at the eight seater bar, overlooking the open kitchen. Watch the chefs live in action and enjoy the electric atmosphere as they create your dishes. For a truly unique experience, the team can curate a tasting menu containing the chef’s favourites and will describe each individual dish whilst it’s being served.

Folly offers two options for guests to enjoy al fresco dining and the fantastic views. Adjacent to the main restaurant, you will find an expansive terrace and lounge, containing its own bar. The luscious greenery and twinkling lights that hang from the pergola give a secretgarden feel.

The rooftop bar on the 2nd floor is not to be missed, with its prime views of the iconic Burj Al Arab and Arabian Gulf. We recommended a visit during sunset hours for a refreshing cocktail and something delicious to nibble on as you soak in the spectacular view.

With a prime location in the Souk Madinat Jumeirah overlooking the picture perfect canals, folly is headed up by award-winning chef duo Nick Alvis and Scott Price.

The Food at folly is driven by experience and creativity, with a strong focus on flavour and commitment to sourcing high-quality produce. The menu itself consists of smaller dishes, encouraging guests to create their own tasting menu for a truly unique dining experience. Vegetarians are also well catered for with a dedicated vegan menu.
