Jumeirah Golf Estates hosted the Inaugural Members and Colleagues Scramble over the Earth Course with 30 members and 30 colleagues competing. It was great to see so many golfers taking on the Earth Course, in a brand-new, fun, and exciting game between the Members and Colleagues. The format of the event was a pairs Texas Scramble, with each Member being partnered with a Jumeirah Golf Estates colleague!!

The winning pair for the Members and Colleagues Scramble with an unbelievable 8 under net was Marc Begg and Abhi Rana. The pair played beautifully shooting gross 37 on the front and 34 on the back nine, during the round the duo had a superb 10 net birdies to claim victory. The Runner-Up pair narrowly missing out on a card playoff was Anand Rajagopal and Anneke Strobach with an excellent 8 under net. Anand and Anneke played some top-notch golf managing to score 8 birdies in their 7 under gross round.

Finishing in Third place winning on a card playoff was Sunny Raymond and Shingha Bahadur with a score of 7 under par. Fourth place again with 7 under par was the pairing of Connor McGlave and Ollie Maskell.

We also had a couple of on-course prizes, the first was a nearest the pin on the 6th hole which was won with a lovely shot by colleague Abhi Rana. The next on-course prize was a nearest the pin on hole 17 which was won with an amazing shot by Tanya Harrison.

Jumeirah Golf Estates hosted The Park Hyatt Dubai Ladies in a Pairs Scramble format over the Fire Course. It was a hot and humid morning with the course in beautiful condition contributing to some fantastic scores being posted.

The April edition of The Park Hyatt Dubai Ladies was won by the pair of Sylvia van Der Tol & Sara Chadwick with a wonderful score net 65 (7 under). It was a brilliant performance from the duo playing very consistent managing to have zero drop shots in their round.

The pair taking the Runner-Up spot finishing 3 shots off the winners were Anna Abbott & Tanya Harrison with a net 68. An excellent performance saw them finish in runner-up position with the highlights being a 2 on the 8th hole and a birdie on the 12th hole.

In Third place posting a great score net 72 was Bettina Schrockenfuchs & Jacqueline de Vries. The pair opened and closed their round by birdieing holes 1 and 18.
