Omer Khan was crowned the winner of this month’s medal. Omer shot an impressive net score of 67, which included 3 birdies and a notable 2 on hole 6.
Jumeirah Golf Estates hosted the OMA Emirates Medalford in association with Christie’s International Real Estate over the Earth Course with over a hundred members competing. It was a beautiful morning with no breeze, which resulted in some exceptional scores being posted.
The winner of the Gents Division A with an excellent net score of 68 was Jahanzeb Awan. Jahanzeb played some beautiful golf managing to score four birdies in his round. Runner-up of the Gents Division A was Alan Dobbins with a great net score of 69.
Third place of the Gents Division A with a net score of 70 was James Finnigan, James had a superb two twos in his round. The winner of the Gents Division B on a card playoff with a brilliant net score of 68 was Ravi Khanna. Runner-up of the Gents Division B just missing out on countback was Mohammed Darwish with again a brilliant net score of 68. Third place of the Gents Division B with a net score of 71 was Rylan Lee.
The winner in the Ladies Division with a net 72 was Shiba Khan, Shiba’s round included a lovely birdie on hole 10. Winning the Overall Gross prize with a fantastic score of 3 under par, 69 was Simon Howells. Taking second place in the Gross Division was Chris Wilmot with a 70 gross.
Winning the Stableford after a card playoff was Ricky Aybar with 38 points, and runner-up in the Stableford with again 38 points was Aditya Ganti.

Jumeirah Golf Estates hosted the Inaugural Generations Day Sponsored by KOFAX over the Fire Course with golfers of all ages competing. It was great to see so many golfers taking on the Fire Course, in a brand-new Youth versus Experienced game. The format of the event was pairs Texas Scramble, and the team event was the best 8 scores from each age category being tallied and the age category with the highest points would win the Inaugural Generations Day!
The winning Generation for the Inaugural Generation Day Sponsored by KOFAX was the Youth team with a terrific score of 55 under par beating the experienced team by 13 shots. The winners of the pairs event with an unbelievable 10 under par was Mark Schoombie and Carl Downham. The pair played beautifully shooting 31 on the front and 31 on the back nine, during the round the duo had a superb 8 birdies and 1 eagle to claim victory.
In runners-up, narrowly missing out by 1 shot was Oliver Henderson and Alec Smith with an excellent 9 under par. Oliver and Alec set the world alight with their front nine having 2 eagles and 3 birdies to go out in an amazing score of 29 (7 under par). Finishing in third place winning on a card playoff was Cavit Yildiz and Hassan Gulkaya with a score of 8 under par. Fourth place again with 8 under par was the pairing of Alex Baker and Oliver Cloake.
