Altogether 134 members played in the flagship members event, with the first group teeing off from the first hole of the Fire Course at 6.35am on Saturday 12th March. It was the first time all four Championships were played over one weekend with the Men’s, Ladies, Seniors, and Junior Club Championships all up for grabs.
Stuart Horwood the Golf Course Superintendent, and his team set the golf courses up in wonderful condition for the two-day event. There were a mix of friendly and unfriendly tee selections and some tricky pins that the golfers had to deal with.
The weather was beautiful for both days making it a thoroughly enjoyable experience for all competitors.
