PCAD JUNIOR MEDAL

Winning the best net score on the day with a fantastic score of 4 under, representing Emirates Golf Club was Jameel Choudry. Jameel played brilliantly managing not to drop a single shot, Jameel also managed to score 1 net eagle and 2 net birdies on the front 9 of the Fire Course.

Jumeirah Golf Estates hosted the Peter Cowen Academy Dubai Junior Medal over the Fire Course, the event saw 20 Juniors playing in the event, who participate in junior programs at Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club and Emirates Golf Club. The course was in beautiful condition however with a slight afternoon breeze meant the course was playing a little more challenging than usual.

Runner-up in the net division who narrowly missed out after a card playoff with a score of 4 under, from Emirates Golf Club was Ivo Yanez Matesans. Ivo played excellently scoring 6 net birdies in just 9 holes. Winning best gross on the day with an extremely consistent scorecard of all pars, posting a score of 36 (Level Par), from Jumeirah Golf Estates was Seth Hopkinson.

On the day we had a beat the pro challenge on hole 8 that was setup by Diarmaid Fraser, one of our Peter Cowen Academy Dubai professionals. Winning a lesson with Diarmaid with an amazing shot was Sailesh Prabakaran.
