Peter Martensson was the winner of April’s edition of the medal. Peter shot an impressive net score of 67, which included 3 birdies and a fantastic back nine of 35 (1 under par).

Jumeirah Golf Estates hosted the April Edition of the OMA Emirates Medalford in association with Christie’s International Real Estate on the Fire Course with 83 members competing. It was a hot and humid morning with the course in magnificent condition, which helped with some excellent scores being posted.

The winner of the Gents Division A on a card playoff with an excellent net score of 68 was Bryce Long. Bryce played some beautiful golf managing to score 6 net birdies and 1 net eagle in his round. Runnerup in the Gents Division A was Alan McNamara with a great net score of 68. Third place of the Gents Division A with a net score of 69 was Jonathan Anderson.

The winner of the Gents Division B on a card playoff with a brilliant net score of 69 was Alex Carlton. Runner-up of the Gents Division B just missing out by a shot was Ravi Khanna with a great net score of 70. Third place of the Gents Division B with a net score of 71 was Kieran Casey.

The winner in the Ladies Division with a net 71 was Yulia Golubeva, Yulia’s round included a 5 lovely net birdies. Winning the Overall Gross prize with a fantastic score of 2 under par, 70 was Mark Schoombie. Taking second place in the Gross Division missing out on a card playoff was Simon Howells with again a 70 gross.

Winning the Stableford Division after a card playoff was Lee Hewitt with 38 points, and runner-up in the Stableford with again 38 points was David Marshall.

On the day there were nearest the pin prizes to be won on the 8th and 14th hole. Winning nearest the pin on hole 8 with an amazing shot to a foot was Steve Drake. Winning nearest the pin on the 14th hole with a lovely shot was Mark Schoombie.
