THE LOUNGE SPA LADIES

Jumeirah Golf Estates hosted The Lounge Spa Ladies, over the beautiful Earth Course. The format of the event was an individual Stableford with a wonderful turnout, we saw 19 Ladies compete on a beautiful sunny morning.

Winning April’s edition of the Lounge Spa Ladies by a massive 5 points with a fantastic score of 42 points was Claudia Kilcullen. Claudia had an electrifying start to her round posting a front nine of 24 points and managing to conjure up 4 net eagles on her way to victory.

Runner-up with 37 points, 1 under her handicap was Sheila McIlroy. Sheila played some beautiful golf managing to score 6 net birdies in her round.

In Third place just missing out by 1 shot with 36 points was Gill Stevens. Gill played very consistent posting 17 points on the front nine and coming back in 19 points.

On the day there was a couple of on-course prizes, winning nearest the pin on hole 6 with a lovely shot was Victoria Buerk and winning nearest the pin on hole 17 hitting a great shot was Evelyn Downham.
