President’s Message

President’s Message

Looking forward to Chamber Events!

Spring is a time for plans and projects! With warm weather comes many great opportunities to mix and mingle and make new business connections. As we usher in a new season, I hope you will set aside time to join one or more of the many Chamber events we have planned for you in the next few months.

Join us on March 14 for the first-quarter New Member Reception. This is a terrific opportunity to meet the Chamber’s newest members and learn more about their businesses. OCLC will host the next Chamber Luncheon on March 15 where you’ll enjoy an informative program while networking and connecting with other Dublin business professionals.

We’ll be presenting the 2023 Businessperson of the Year at the March 28 Dublin Off the Clock After-Hours reception at the Embassy Suites Columbus Dublin. This year’s honoree is Peter Coratola, Jr., President and CEO of EASE Logistics. This award is a noble way to recognize business leaders who give back to the community to make Dublin a great place to live and work. I hope you will stop by this celebratory evening to meet and congratulate Peter.

Looking ahead to April 22, we’ll honor Dublin City Schools students and staff who make our world a better place by engaging the community through leadership and service at the Community Champion Awards. We’ll also award scholarships to twelve very deserving Dublin City Schools seniors.

The Chamber would love to have you register to volunteer at Community Service Day this year. It’s the perfect opportunity to get involved by helping older adults and other local residents in need with outdoor clean-up projects. This fun and rewarding event will be held on May 6. To sign up or to learn more, visit DublinChamber.org/CSD23.

I look forward to seeing you at many of these Chamber events this spring. I am proud to represent a Chamber that strives to make Dublin a place where local businesses prosper and continues to work for you through education, advocacy, and engagement. I encourage you to continue to support our local economy by supporting Dublin's local businesses.
