Not entirely unlike the former Inside Magazine, we expect this new, improved publication to inspire, empower and give you another resource by which to help grow your DubLi Network business. The Dubai Summit 2014 was a mesmerizing event filled with education, new developments and lots of fun. Team DubLi is truly gratified by the overwhelming response from those who attended and for all the new announcements and presentations.
The event featured three action-packed, funfilled days with Business Associates and guests from over 26 countries, many of whom are new to DubLi Network and who have started building organizations in their resident countries far in advance of DubLi’s official launch in those countries. From the many interviews with new leaders to the entourage from India enjoying the sounds of Bollywood in the desert to Thomas Schmitz humor as the MC, lots of fun was had by all!

Day one ended with a lovely cruise through the Dubai Marina. The cruise featured a buffet of Middle East cuisine and lots of great conversation and company. The cruise started in the late afternoon and every one enjoyed the opportunity to see the sunset over the magnificent Dubai skyline. To assist our valuable Business Associates in growing their organizations even faster, DubLi announced it will be launching a landing page program available to all DubLi Network team members. The event showcased a presentation by Irek Gronert, Founder of Tradebutler, who will be hosting the landing page program for DubLi Network. Mr. Gronert explained that over 500,000 people are searching on Google in Germany alone each month for the same types of income producing opportunities offered by DubLi Network. The new landing

pages out to potential prospects and provides a full follow-up system, online videos and presentations and a variety of valuable resources to help track, maintain and manage contacts and prospects. There will be a variety of landing page options to choose from depending on the prospect, prior interaction and communication and their level of interest. There are system emails built in as well as ongoing webinars that allow Business Associates to track how much time a prospect spends in the BA’s personal system. The system will initially be available in English and German with the rollout to other languages in coming months. It was announced that starting on November 1, a new monthly qualification system will go into effect. Business Associates will select the amount of monthly V.I.P vouchers $99. $198, $297, etc. For every three V.I.P.’s activated each quarter, the BA will earn one share into the global customer bonus pool. DubLi will
also match each amount from the global customer bonus pool and give free units in the new worldwide marketing campaign. Krista Paul, DubLi’s new Vice President of Marketing, presented the new marketing plan which is free to all BA’s who qualify. The program will be run by Krista and her in-house team of marketing experts. The program will bring customers that will translate into higher commissions for Business Associates. DubLi is partnering with top tier firms in Lead Generation and has strategic relationships with powerhouses to bring new customers to DubLi Network Business Associates. These strategic relationships will bring traffic to DubLi from over 90 countries around the world. In addition, Krista’s team will be partnering with successful blogger networks, deal sites, social media experts and with firms that are the foremost leaders in PPC, contests, games and incentives to drive even more traffic. As if offer-

include customized landing pages and mobile optimization. According to McKinsey & Company, email marketing is 40 times more efficient than Facebook and Twitter combined and the number of email users is expected to increase from 2.5 billion to 2.76 billion by 2017. In helping our valued Business Associates to make more money, Krista also announced that DubLi will be introducing a new customer referral
program, a new blogger affiliate program as well as a mobile app and a variety of new merchandising and cross merchandising efforts. In keeping with DubLi’s consumer-centric model, several new announcements were made with respect to DubLi.com. Krista also announced a new email newsletter program which will be customized and targeted based on customer preference and behavior. The new global email system will

In addition, a new customer support framework, by Zendesk, is being deployed. This new system is the most sophisticated of its kind and will be implemented to streamline ticket management and provide a wide variety of self-service functions so customers can find an immediate response to their queries. This system allows for greater communications levels and provides high-end customer satisfaction reporting and measurement. To increase usability and ease regional country selections, customers will soon be prompted with a regional greeting based on their Geo-IP. Upon registration, customers will be asked to select their “primary” mall so as to ensure they are shopping from the appropriate mall and will not miss their Cashback opportunities. While the rollout of the new “My Account” section is already underway, several new features will be added over the coming months including optimized content

Day two ended with the infamous desert safari. Attendee’s enjoyed the dune rides to arrive at a feast and party for the masses in the middle of the desert. With lots of dancing, camel rides, 4-wheelers and belly dancers, the party could have gone on forever. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed partying with their colleagues from

A new video has also been created that explains “Why a prospect should become a partner”. The video is a powerful and comprehensive pre-sale tool in the BA tool arsenal and is available on DubLi TV.

Many party goers enjoyed the wet bar to quench their thirst in the hot desert heat which led to much creative dancing from the sounds of the DJ who provided the right ambience. It was a fun-filled evening for everyone to relax and enjoy the company of their fellow DubLi Associates and a perfect way to end an amazing event in Dubai.

As a single mom of three beautiful girls, I always wanted to bless my girls with a life where our choices are made by a decision of desire. I never wanted money to dictate what we can or can’t do. My strongest desire is to provide the best possible life for my girls, keeping me on my toes every day. I am grateful to be part of the DubLi business which allows me to fulfill my financial desires. Everyone has a purpose in life, a unique gift, or special talent to give to others. And when we blend this unique talent with service to others, we experience the ecstasy and exultation of our own spirit, which is the ultimate goal of all goals. Anything that comes from a place of luck has an energy-lowering impact on mind, body, and spirit, making us overcompensate in self-destructive ways. Being aware of that enables me to see and bring out the best in people. I attempt to connect and communicate with my team members frequently and openly. I demand that my team members bring me solutions to problems, not the problems themselves. The former motivates and empowers them; the later are major downers for all involved. How do you put a price on experience; how do you put a value on belief? It takes a great person to extend grace and kindness, and it takes someone extraordinary to be a mentor. I have been blessed to be mentored by someone who is not only an exceptional business role model but also an inspiring human being. I consider myself well-rounded and a balanced person however I constantly have goals, meet them and immediately move on to the next item on the agenda without sometimes even taking a moment to acknowledge my success. On a more serious note, five years down the road, I see myself as a SVP with a worldwide network, semi-retired and the proud owner of a private villa at the infamous DubLi Golf & Beach Resort on the Cayman Islands. I see myself completely self-supporting and able to pursue my innermost desires which includes spending more time with my family, taking long vacations to many famous and exotic destinations, travel on cruise liners for pleasure voyages and frequent trips to the Cayman Islands. My plans include generous contributions to my favorite charities, assisting struggling entrepreneurs financially to help them launch their projects, building a huge statue of lord Shiva in my native place, funding projects for the betterment of my people my from native home, among others. My core values are extremely important in leading our team to success. My core values are derived from the United States Marine Corps. They are Honor, Courage, and Commitment. I hold onto them all equally. They are all prerequisites for success. In order to lead, you must be a man of honor and integrity, even if it means stating that you made a mistake. It takes a vast amount of courage to be a servant leader. I also have to build courage in my teammates, as I build them into quality productive leaders. This means letting them know that it is ok to be scared at times, but that you must have courage. Courage is not the absence of
fear, but the ability to endure. We must lead by showing our commitment first, and then our team will follow with their commitment. Commitment is a key, pivotal component in an individual’s personal development.
What do you do to celebrate new achievements or successful days?
I acknowledge my team’s minor successes, as well as their major promotions. I try to never make it about me, but always about the team and what we are all doing and accomplishing.
