Well-being
Looking after our mental health and well-being is vitally important.
The purpose of Dukes is to enable young people to lead an extraordinary life and we recognise that the well-being of our staff and pupils is vital in fulfilling this purpose.
The Dukes Mental Health and Well-being Strategy seeks to support the mental health and well-being of everyone in the Dukes community and beyond by:
Raising awareness of issues surrounding mental health.
Reducing the stigma that surrounds the issue of mental health.
Helping our people to support themselves and build their levels of resilience.
Helping our people to support each other.
