Master Gardener Series: Inflammation • Adults
This session will cover chronic inflammation—its prevalence, many causes, symptoms, and the healing available through changes in our diet. Science Fiction & Fantasy Book Club: Starter Villian • Adults
Gaining an inheritance can open up a lot of family mysteries. But for Charlie, who just inherited his uncle’s supervillain business, it’s a bit more complicated. November’s title is Starter Villian by John Scalzi. Science Fiction and Fantasy Book Club meets monthly to discuss compelling titles within this genre, which features very real, human stories.
