The book accompanies our School of Design Expo; an annual celebration of a year-in-the-life of our school. It is an opportunity for our industry and community partners to engage with our students as they prepare to enter their professions.

This book is an expression of their creativity, dedication, skill, and passion. The design and layout of this book was executed entirely by our students under the guidance of our dedicated faculty. We are grateful for their efforts in bringing this project to life, as well as the continued support of the administration of Dunwoody College of Technology, our Program Advisory Committees (PAC), and industry partners.

The goal of this book is to capture the spirit and character of our programs and to showcase the work of our students. IN MEMORY OF

ENDRE THORKELSON

Endre was no ordinary classmate or friend. He was the type of person to drop whatever he was doing, no matter how important it was, to help someone else. He knew exactly how to have a good time even during the most stressful of times. Endre was one of the funniest individuals you could ever come across, resembling Rigby from Regular Show, he was a very cartoonish and lovable guy. He showed humility, respect, and empathy, with a careful balance of emotion and humor. Endre was a light in many people’s lives, serving as a brother figure to many. He was the glue for his classmates, keeping everyone together during times of good and bad. His passing really showed the class how much he had brought everyone together over the last five years.

WE WILL ALL MISS YOU FOREVER ENDRE. MORE THAN YOU WOULD EVER IMAGINE!
