Fjordvejs Maskinfabrik has for many years supplied machinery and equipment to manufacturers, in particular manufacturers of fodder for livestock, poultry, fish farms and pets. We also produce and supply machinery for customers working with fish and bone meal production, recycling, combustion and various chemicals.

We specialize in development and production of bulk-handling equipment, tailored to your specific operational requirements. We can also provide you with the most effective protection against breakdowns and unwanted and expensive stoppages. Our machinery and equipment are carefully tailored for each specific task and environment that our customers require. Our standard solutions include up to 700 t/h, but we are more than happy to cater to special demands. Therefore, Fjordvejs Maskinfabrik only produces machinery made from the finest raw materials. We use regular steel, hot-dipped galvanised steel, stainless steel, stainless steel AISI 304 and rust-proof and acid-proof steel. UNLOADING AND LOADING PLANTS Fjordvejs Maskinfabrik A/S develop and manufacture both ship loaders and un-loaders. Our machines are always build to meet our customer’s demands to capacity, gentle handling and low maintenance. We always work closely together to our clients to find the right solution for the job. This mean tailor made machines for each customer. All ideas and the knowledge, both we and our clients have, must be discussed before we decide the finished layout for the machine. When we have found the right layout for the machine, we will together to our engineers make the drawings and static calculations and in the end manufacture the machine at our factory in Denmark. Our many years of developing and manufacturing machines for bulk handling secure our customers the right solution to the right price. It is very seldom it is the same solution we end up with, because every one of our customers has different demands, material to handle and physical surroundings. We work with a capacity up to 700 t/h in grain. Most of our loaders and un-loaders are made for handling finished fish feed which demands a very gentle handling to avoid damages on the pellets. Every time we build a new ship loader or un-loader the experience from the last machine will be brought into the new machine. It is important for us to deliver solid, trustable, and reliable solutions and our ongoing development of machines secure this. The machines can be built in either painted, hot dip galvanized or stainless steel – also depending on material to handle and surrounding environment. The machines will always be preassembled at factory and tested at our factory before shipment. In the end our skilled supervisors make sure the machines will be correct installed and the customer get a satisfactory result.
