SPOTLIGHT SERIES

1964 the tribute saturday, October 4 7:30 PM “1964” …The Tribute takes audiences on a musical journey to an era in rock history that will live in all of our hearts forever. They are hailed by critics and fans alike as the most authentic and endearing Beatles tribute in the world. Choosing songs from the pre-Sgt. Pepper era, “1964” astonishingly recreates an early 60’s live Beatles concert with period instruments, clothing, hairstyles, and onstage banter.

Arkansas symphony Orchestra Holiday extravaganza saturday, December 6 7:30 PM Experience the magic of the holiday season with the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra. No matter the weather, this annual holiday favorite concert will bring back some of the most-loved, and coziest melodies ever created.

seven Brides for seven Brothers Saturday, March 7 • 7:00 PM “Goin’ courting” has never been as much fun as in this rip-roaring stage version of the popular MGM movie. Set in Oregon in 1850, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers tells the story of Milly, a young bride living in the 1850’s Oregon wilderness. Her plan to civilize and marry off her six rowdy brothers-in-law to ensure the success of her own marriage backfires when the brothers, in their enthusiasm, kidnap six women from a neighboring town to be their brides. Bursting with the rambunctious energy of the original film, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers is all the boisterous fun and romance that harkens back to the glory days of the movie musical.

the Midtown Men Saturday, March 21 • 7:30 PM 4 Stars from The Original Broadway Cast of Jersey Boys These talented entertainers shared the Broadway stage for over a thousand performances in the mega-hit Jersey Boys. Now, as The Midtown Men, they have thrilled crowds on concert stages and symphony halls across the continent. The group had the distinct honor of opening the National Tree Lighting Ceremony at the White House. Don’t miss this electrifying and soulful new production with its top-shelf choreography, incredible vocal performances and legendary onstage chemistry.
