Yoga for Children – KG Yoga for young ones requires a lot of energy and a little bit of imagination. Rather than focusing on precise poses and long sequences, children develop a love of yoga by practicing asana-s in stories, games, and short sequences. In addition to strength, balance, and flexibility, a foundation for mindfulness is created. Relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, and visualization will help your young ones develop along the path of yoga. Taught by Laura Fitzpatrick RYT500.

Gymnastics for Beginners - KG/1st grade This EASA class is a great opportunity for the children to develop their gymnastic skills. Cartwheels, handstands and rolls of every kind are just a few of the many skills we will teach. This would involve the use of their own body weight and being able to control it. Strength and flexibility training is included as well as eyehand and eye-foot coordination while having as much fun as possible within the hour session.
