Welcome to our premier issue of East Coast Health & Wellness. I am so excited to see this magazine come to fruition and to be able to be a part of bringing our community together through Wellness. After settling back into St. Augustine last year, from dividing my time between the Keys and Maine over the past 22 years as a Health Practitioner and Publisher and meeting many wonderful people along the way, I felt a need inside to bring people together to share their knowledge of Health & Wellness. My hope is that the knowledge and education shared within the pages of this magazine, through the articles of these dedicated professionals, greatly benefit and improve the lives of those reading in a Healthy way. As we are beginning to connect again, and reach out into the community, we hope you will join us in growing our community through Wellness.
