INGREDIENTS
• All the seafood you like (350 g per person): lobster (bogavante), langoustine (cigala), snow crab (centollo), blue crab (nécora), crab (buey de mar), shrimp (gambas), octopus (pulpo), squid (calamar), goose barnacles (percebe), oysters (ostra), razor clams (navaja), clams (almeja), mussels (mejillon), heart clams (berberecho), scallops,... • Lemons, halved and salted • Extra virgin olive oil • Sea salt and black pepper • Fresh parsley • 100 g rice per person
METHOD • • • • • • • • • •
Cook the rice. The crab needs 20 minutes to grill. Oil it and put it on the grill first. Cut the lobster and langoustine in half and oil them. Leave the mussels unopened. They will pop open on the grill. Open the oysters and keep the fluid in the shell to poach them. Oil the seafood and lemons and grill them on the barbecue at 300°C for 2 to 4 minutes, flipping them now and then. The smaller the seafood, the shorter the grill time. Lobster and langoustine need 5 to 7 minutes. Add sea salt and ground black pepper on all your seafood. Arrange rice and seafood on platters. Splash with olive oil and sprinkle some fresh parsley. Serve with brown bread, garlic sauce, tomato ketchup and ginger sauce

Gambas al ajillo Garlic Shrimps
Quickly and easy to prepare and full of delicious garlic flavour. Fresh shrimps are sautéed in olive oil with plenty of garlic. A dash of cayenne pepper gives this dish a little heat. Sometimes paprika and brandy are included.
Patatas Bravas Fried Potato Wedges
Patatas bravas is one of the classic Spanish tapas dishes and is served in bars all over Spain. Fried potatoes are covered in a tomato-based sauce which has a slight touch of Tabasco, hence the name bravas, which means ‘fierce’ in Spanish.

SKIING IN SPAIN Andorra is the tiny state between Spain and France, high in the Pyrenees. Sierra Nevada is a mountain range in southern Spain in the province of Granada. Sierra Nevada is Europe’s most southerly ski resort. SIERRA NEVADA The Sierra Nevada Ski Resort is located on the slopes of the Pico de Veleta, Spain’s third-highest peak, located just 32 km or a 30 minutes drive from the historic city of Granada. It offers over 106 kilometres of skiable routes and has 124 runs suitable for all levels of skiing and snowboarding. 19 easy green runs, 41 blue, 50 red and 7 black runs. ANDORRA In Andorra, you can look forward to 303 kilometres of slopes. The ski resorts are served by 103 ski lifts. The ski slopes in Andorra are excellent for skiing and offer spectacular views. Enjoy nature and skiing all day at affordable prices. Good snow
and lots of sun. And only a two hour drive from Barcelona. QUALITY OVER QUANTITY Compared to many of the mega ski resorts in the Alps, the Andorra and Sierra Nevada ski stations are relatively small. But they are a centre of world-class, high-altitude skiing. Both resorts regularly holds international ski and snowboarding events. DIVERSITY For high-class skiing in Spain, you can’t beat the Pyrenees. With ski resorts all along the border with France, while for the sheer novelty of skiing in the south of Spain and being able to go to the beach on the same day, the Sierra Nevada is perfect. There are also ski resorts near Madrid, in the north-west of Spain (in Galicia, Leon, and Cantabria), La Rioja and Teruel. ADVANTAGES Skiing in Spain is cheaper than in most European resorts. Combine culture and resortw skiing close to iconic Spanish cities.
SKI reSOrTS IN ANDOrrA Andorra provides a skiing experience like there is no other in the world. The Pyrenean mountains have their own unique landscape and culture. With France to the North and Spain to the South, there are still many familiarities. One significant difference is that many of the Andorra resorts still have their own charm and authenticity. Andorra mainly is influenced by Spain and especially the Catalan food and culture is a bonus. Think Sangria and Tapas at lunch, rather than the usual ‘vin chaud’ and ‘fondue’. The Spanish influence is a pleasant change.

Andorra skiing is definitely not to be scoffed at. With more than 60 peaks and 2,500m of altitude, Andorra is the ideal winter sports area for the whole family to enjoy. Andorra’s main ski resorts are linked, with Soldeu, El Tarter and Pas de La Casa making up the major resorts of the large Grandvalira area. There are lots of lovely tree-lined, gentle slopes as well as steeper runs and plenty of off-piste. Here is an abundance of skiing and boarding for all abilities. First rolls royce SUV Rolls-Royce built the Cullinan model as their first SUV and their very first all-wheel drive vehicle. It is named after the Cullinan Diamond, the largest gem-quality rough diamond ever discovered at 3100 carats. Follow the competition The Cullinan sits above the Ghost and below the Phantom in Rolls-Royce’s line-up. It was long rumoured that the car company would venture into making an SUV. Bentley and Lamborghini also went into the SUV business with the Bentayga and the Urus respectively. Advanced suspension The Cullinan uses an aluminium spaceframe chassis. This is a version of Rolls-Royce’s modular “Architecture of Luxury” platform that made its debut in the New Phantom VIII. The Cullinan has a self-levelling air suspension. It is also equipped with electrically actuated active anti-roll bars. The Cullinan is also fitted with a stereo camera integrated into the front windscreen that scans the road ahead and adjusts the suspension proactively so as to improve ride quality. This

Like the Phantom VIII, the Cullinan employs a four-wheel steering system to improve both maneuverability at low speeds and stability at higher speeds.
