SALE REPORT
The annual Chestnut Angus Production Sale was held at the farm near Pipestone, MN. The warmer temps made the mud a bit deeper but the CN crew did a great job of having the bulls presented well for their customers. This year’s offering include stout Angus herd bull prospects that did include the bulls that were part of the Denver carload and pen of three, Angus bred heifers and Angus cows. Guest breeders Raatz Simmental provided the Simmental bulls. The hospitality runs deep at Chestnut Farms and the sale facility held a full house to watch the sale offering on the big screens as it was an all video sale. Internet viewing provided by DVAuctions.
