Empowering Reads
So Many Wonderful New Books!
LittleOne offers books specifically chosen by the Brodart Collection Development staff. Titles that stimulate and expand growing imaginations, providing a background to help readers understand the world and their place in it.
Read what National Book Award winner author M.T. Anderson shares with us on how and what inspired him to write Elf Dog & Owl Head—all during his self-isolation with his dog during the pandemic.
In this catalog, you will find many new fiction and nonfiction books that have a range of topics, including Brain Power, Coming of Age, Social and Emotional, Summer Reads, and much more. These titles come from fresh and familiar voices, from publishers large and small. You’ll also find a few favorites from 2022.
As studies show, reading books helps young readers understand appropriate behavior, improve their social skills, and learn about the world around them. In books, we discover other ways of seeing the world. These diverse life situations teach us the different ways that problems are solved. We experience varying emotions, explore new interests, and find new ways to interact with friends and family.
Enjoy!
