VIDEO DROPS | Creating short videos to the network with specific topics. Draft and planning done. ECB AMERICAS | ECBs Americas group created by the ECB Chair of @Brazil to discuss strategies together. Chat not done yet.

ECB-NSTs CONNECTION | TL Trackers iGV, iGT+iGE and oGT+oGE: Monthly chat done | TL IR Visa & Data and TL Tracker oGV: Not done. ECB-MC CONNECTION | Postponed to early September due to the IC and MC Team Days . ECB-LCPs CONNECTION | Monthly chat with a representative of LCPs done. Routine was defined and September chat already scheduled. RESPONSIBILITY DOCUMENT | Creating a Responsability Document to be annexed to the contracts of AIESEC in Brazil with the XPP main points to be signed by EPs outgoing. Content almost finished. ANALYTICAL INFORMATIONAL CAMPAIGN 2016.2 | Planning done. ICB CAMPAIGN | Draft created, but was postponed and replaced with XPP Campaign due timeline priority issues. XPP CAMPAIGN | Draft and design created. Start will take place on 04/09. VALIDATION OF LEGALITY | Report about the legal situation of the AIESEC in Brazil operations. Documents received. Review phase. NPS ANALYSIS | Action aims to apply and analyze the NPS of AIESEC in Brazil. Contact with the ICB and other ECBs done. Study of the NPS metrics, both the external NPS as the internal system (EXPA) was conducted. QUALITY CLUSTERS | AIESEC in Brazil local committees will be divided in quality clusters. Metrics, the ratings and how we interact with each of them have been defined. Analysis phase of LCs.
