The Governor Telegram November Edition for ECD Board
Hello Eastern Canada District Board Members, Committee Chairs and Kiwanians, Firstly, I want to congratulate the Lieutenant Governors who recently held a Fall Rally. From attending the Fall rallies in divisions 3 and 5, all I can say is that your enthusiasm is contagious! Thank you for your hard work! Currently, there seems to be a lot of interest for the chartering of new clubs. It’s vital that every single board member is familiar with the chartering process, so make sure to read the guide in the newsletter! As well, the beginning of November marked 2014’s Key Club Week. Although a lot of effort was put into using the week as a way of highlighting the accomplishments of various clubs throughout the District, there was not much interaction on our social media platforms. Next year, the District needs to start advertising at least three weeks in advance to entice interests from general members. Thank you for everything that you do for Key Club! Yours in Service,
Mona Adib
