Ecopark’s Story with an annual population growth estimated at 3.5%, inadequate existing infrastructure, pollution, and an undersupply of housing are contributing factors that have created a need for expansion and a demand for new master-planned urban areas. Ecopark, as the largest urban township in northern Vietnam, is positioned to not only satisfy the housing, infrastructure, and environmental demands of the region, but also to develop a community with a unique identity to provide an unprecedented quality of life to its residents.
