President’s Message On Behalf of the Arkansas State Trapshoo ng Federa on Board of Directors, we would like to invite you to the 2015 Arkansas State Shoot. We have been very blessed to have a Board of Directors that has so much passion and desire to promote our sport. It takes a team effort all pulling together and focused on a common goal. We are also so very fortunate to have Eddy Kinslow and Ben Forte. While Eddy is spending countless hours working on this beau ful program, Ben is making his many phone calls recrui ng sponsors for financial support. Both of these men are a very important part of the process. Eddy’s contribu ons does not stop there, it goes much deeper. Eddy has volunteered his me in providing, designing, and maintaining the Arkansas State Trapshoo ng Federa on website. We are very thankful to our many sponsors for their contribu ons and dona ons (There is a list in the front of the program book). These dona ons along with the Board of Director decisions have once again allowed us to grow our balance sheet while at the same me increase the amount that we are able to return back to the shooters in the form of added money, trophies, purses and prizes. In 2010 the ASTF gave away $2,500 total in added money in our three championship events. Last year we returned an unprecedented $10,000 total for those same three championship events. This year we have increased our added money to $13,000 for in state shooters and our Board has elected to allocate $4,500 in added money for our out of state friends. Another exci ng addi on to this year’s program is a $5,000 purse to anyone who shoots a perfect score in Sunday’s Handicap Championship ($20 op on required). I don’t think there is a State Shoot our size in the country that returns back as much added money back to the shooters as we do. This year we will be awarding our shooters with over $33,500 in trophies, added money, purses and prizes. This year Federal Premium Ammuni on has stepped up and sponsored our three Championship Events. This dona on along with our other Event Sponsors, Cabela’s, Bella Vista Sportsmen’s Club, and White Flyer have supported us with some very handsome dona ons and for that we are very thankful. I would like to thank the Arkansas Game and Fish Founda on Shoo ng Sports Complex and the City of Jacksonville for partnering with us in the use of their facili es. While we feel like this is already one of the nicest shoo ng facili es in the south, it will only get be er as it con nues to mature. The con nuing success of the Arkansas Youth Sports Shoo ng Program gives us great support and promise for the future as every year new gun clubs are coming on line. Arkansas’ AIM Program is thriving as well as each year we have more of our youth shooters shoo ng ATA targets. Come join us at this year’s 2015 Arkansas State Shoot. We will work hard to show you a good me.

Alan (Chuck) Sharp President ASTF
