Dealer Support LIVE is an event aimed specifically at the independent UK dealer, with a focus on providing delegates with the knowledge they need for a successful future – no fluff, no puff – just tangible, relevant information. The event will be an interactive learning experience. • W e will have a maximum of 30 exhibitor sponsor stands on the day and, with circa 200 delegates, you can imagine there’s plenty of time for discussion and doing business • We will have six key partners • The key partners will deliver or sponsor one of the seminar topics on the day – this means they present to a group of delegates who have signed up for the topic, as well as having the stand presence and marketing exposure. It’s a very strategic approach that has proved extremely fruitful for suppliers in our education and health events • Delegate tickets will be paid for, meaning those attending have shown a clear desire to be part of our schedule and have bought into the day • The association with Dealer Support magazine means the event marketing via the magazine is seen by our 5,200 strong readership – so the sooner an exhibitor signs up the more exposure their brand gets.

W H AT ’ S I N A D AY ? A LIVE VERSION OF THE MAGAZINE. Dealer Support LIVE offers an interactive version of our market leading magazine, covering all aspect of a dealer’s business. Visitors will be presented with tangible information that they can take back to their business and actually use to their advantage. We recognise no two delegates are the same, so we work hard to offer a variety of learning platforms on the day, ensuring delegates can really build a day’s schedule that meets their specific needs.

SEMINARS It’s clear from everyday contact with dealers and the results of our event survey that there are numerous challenges facing dealers at the moment. Even after honing all of the issues down to the most commonly talked about topics it is going to be a fast-moving day with lots to fit it in. Dealers can choose seminars from the differently themed streams. EXHIBITION An intimate, small scale exhibition with hand-picked manufacturers and service providers will run in the main event space throughout the day. This will be a buzzy, interactive area that offers delegates an opportunity to chat to and learn from the small number of supplier partners. We only invite a small number of key specialists to our event, who we know can deliver the products, services and advice our delegates can benefit from. OPEN Q&A In the early afternoon there will be an open Q&A session with a panel of key industry faces. It was the highlight of last year’s event with a good number of forthright and tricky questions being asked of the panel.
