Q U I C K FA C T S • W e will have a maximum of 30 supplier stands on the day and, with circa 200 delegates, you can imagine there’s plenty of time for discussion and doing business • We will have six key sponsors • The key partners will deliver or sponsor one of the seminar topics on the day – this means they present to a group of delegates who have signed up for the topic, as well as having the stand presence and marketing exposure. We recognise no two delegates are the same, so we work hard to offer a variety of learning platforms on the day, ensuring delegates can really build a day’s schedule that meets their specific needs.
SEMINARS It’s clear from everyday contact with dealers and the results of our event survey that there are numerous challenges facing dealers at the moment. Even after honing all of the issues down to the most commonly talked about topics it is going to be a fast-moving day with lots to fit it in. Dealers can choose seminars from the differently themed streams as they wish. EXHIBITION An intimate, small scale exhibition with hand-picked service providers will run in the main event space throughout the day. This will be a buzzy, interactive area with tables, networking sessions and breakout areas. This aspect of the event aims to offer delegates an opportunity to chat to and learn from the small number of supplier partners. We only invite a small number of key specialists to our event, who we know can deliver the products, services and advice our delegates can benefit from. OPEN Q&A Towards the end of the day there will be an open Q&A session with a panel of key industry faces and finally there will be a guest speaker who will provide insight regarding the UK economy and talk about how the current state of affairs will impact on business. APPOINTMENTS In addition to the above, we will be setting up face-to-face appointments between dealers and exhibitors, ensuring plenty of discussion – and business – happens on the day.
