The holiday season is here again. Whatever you celebrate, we hope you celebrate in style with plenty of friends, family, good edibles, and sweet cannabis. This year we’ve been to Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Krampus, Christmas, and Festivus celebrations and there’s still more to come, including New Year’s Eve and Day. What they all had in common so far is lots and lots of great weed and infused food. Here in Los Angeles it’s an interesting place to celebrate the winter season. Hollywood has L Ron Hubbard’s Scientology Winter Wonderland, and both

The Grove and Universal Studios create lots of artificial snow and/or man-made real snow to lend feelings of authenticity to their Santa’s workshops and Grinch villages. Wherever you may be, just be sure you medicate and celebrate safely. The holidaze are an amazing time for edibles. Every day is really, but the holiday season is a celebration of baking, comfort food, and camaraderie that really just lends itself perfectly to making homemade edibles and infused foods with the people you love. We’ve got some very special recipes we’ve selected to help make those festive days danker and more delicious. There’s even some kosher Hanukkah dishes we’ve included courtesy of Shifra Klein from The Mitzva Wellness company. Dutch Vegetable THC Soup with Meatballs Broth 2 onions 2 carrots 3 stalks celery 3 cloves of garlic (optional) 3 bay leaves 2 tsp pepper corns

4 sprigs parsley 1 sprig thyme ½ tsp salt Soup handful vermicelli Vegetables, sliced (carrot, leek, celery and cauliflower) 2 tbsp finely chopped herbs (parsley, chives, leaf celery and chervil) Salt and pepper ½ cup of cannabis infused olive oil Meatballs 300 grams of ground mixture of beef and pork 2 tbsp dried breadcrumbs salt and pepper ¼ tsp worcestershire sauce ¼ tsp marjoram Instructions Clean the vegetables for the broth, cut into large chunks. Place in a large cooking pot, add the other broth ingredients, and pour over 1 liter cold water. Bring slowly to the boil and simmer for 1 hour. Make the meatballs by mixing all the ingredients and rolling small balls. Bring the broth to a simmer, add the meatballs, vegetables and vermicelli. Stir once, very carefully, to prevent breaking the meatballs. Cook it with the lid partly on the pan until the meatballs start floating.. Add the green herbs, cannabis olive oil and season to taste with salt. Serve immediately, on its own or with some bread.

Joe Biden Says He Believes Cannabis is a Gateway Drug, Then Denies His Statement B. Le Grand

Joe Biden has had a strong stance against cannabis legalization for as long as he has had a political career. In 2010 he told Forbes and ABC that it would be a “mistake to legalize.” He said, “I still believe it’s a gateway drug." Throughout most of his legislative career, Biden supported tough criminal penalties for possession, including in the 1994 crime bill, which many critics have since linked to a rapid rise in mass incarceration and mass policing. Biden, who supervised the Senate Judiciary Committee at the time, was one of the bill’s key authors, so much so that he later took to calling it the “1994 Biden Crime Bill.” Even as he’s shifted his stance on harsh penalties for nonviolent drug crimes, Biden has a long record of skepticism toward full cannabis legalization. The former vice president and current 2020 Democratic presidential candidate stated at a Las Vegas town hall in November that he believes marijuana is a “gateway drug” that can lead users to harsher substances. The fact that two-thirds of Americans support cannabis legalization was apparent as Biden drew groans from the crowd with his reply. Biden said, “It is not irrational to do more scientific investigation to determine, which we have not done significantly enough, whether or not there are any things that relate to whether it’s a gateway drug or not. The truth of the amatter is, there’s not nearly been enough evidence that has been acquired as to whether or not it is a gateway drug. It’s a debate, and I want a lot more before I legalize it nationally. I want to make sure we know a lot more about the science behind it.” Answering an audience question, Biden said he is not opposed to cannabis entirely. He said

he supports the use of medical marijuana and would decriminalize possession of cannabis, adding that he wants individual states to make decisions on recreational use. He declared his stance that anyone convicted for using the drug should have their criminal record "wiped totally clean, completely clean." Biden did not seem to gain any new followers for his campaign trail from cannabis supporters. Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren (Mass.) along with many other presidential candidates have voiced their support for legalizing marijuana on the federal level. The immediate backlash he drew, was quickly followed with backpedalling, claiming that he never said he believed “cannabis is a gateway drug.” Biden then turned around and said in a conference call with reporters, “I don't think it is a gateway drug. There's no evidence I've seen to suggest that.” Biden unveiled his presidential plan in July, looking to cut down on high rates of incarceration and fix the racial, gender, and income-based disparities in the system, which includes decriminalizing cannabis and expunging past convictions for possession. New Jersey Senator Cory Booker, who introduced the Marijuana Justice Act in February to deschedule and legalize cannabis federally, told the former vice president at the November Democratic debate, “I thought you might have been high when you said it.” Scientific research shows that smoking cannabis can be correlated with other drug use and the development of addictions, but not enough to blame pot for a "gateway" effect. The National Institute of Drug Abuse says that marijuana can likely precede other drug use, but "the majority of people who use marijuana" do not go on to use harder drugs. The institute also says that any gateway effect from marijuana can also be tied to alcohol, nicotine, or addictive personalities.

House Bill Approved to De-Schedule Cannabis at the Federal Level B. le Grand

According to the American Civil Liberties Union, cannabis arrests account for more than half of all drug arrests in the United States. U.S. lawmakers repeatedly cited the disproportionate impact drug laws have had on communities of color, saying that decriminalizing cannabis helps alleviate some of that imbalance.

“I don’t think a majority of the Republicans will support this bill,” Rep. Ken Buck of Colorado said. “It is even less likely that the Senate would take it up. Therefore, I would just suggest that we deal with other bills that we can get a much larger bipartisan support from.” Nadler replied by pointing out that House Democrats can “negotiate” with the Senate, acknowledging that Republicans won’t take the bill as it is now. “I don’t think it’s a good idea ... to say, ‘the Senate won’t take this bill,’” Nadler said. “When the House passes a bill, it’s part of a continuing process. It’s not the end of a process.” The National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, also known as NORML, has called the legislation the “biggest marijuana news of the year.” Eleven states and the District of Columbia have legalized cannabis for recreational use. Medical cannabis is legal in 33 states and Washington, D.C.

Last issue we reported on the USDA creating potential guidelines for hemp production. This month the House Judiciary Committee approved a bill that would legalize cannabis on the federal level, effectively removing it from Schedule 1 of the Controlled Substances Act. The legislation, which passed 24 to 10, has a high chance of approval in the full House where Democrats control the chamber with 234 seats. It’s likely to face a tougher battle in the Republican-controlled Senate, where Majority Leader Mitch McConnell opposes marijuana legalization. According to Congress.gov the bill has more than 50 cosponsors. The legislation would allow for states to enact their own policies and gives them incentives to clear criminal records of people with low-level cannabis offenses. It would also include a 5% federal excise tax on cannabis products that would provide job training and legal assistance to those hit hardest by the war on drugs.

Christmas time is a strange and interesting time of year. So many traditions, customs, cultures and stories have been brought together creating the biggest and most confusing holidays in the world. What does Bethlehem have to do with the North Pole? Did Santa ever know Jesus? Christmas trees, stockings, silver bells, reindeer, wise men, elves and snowglobes.. It’s a bizarre collection of seemingly weird and random details that create what many consider “The Most Wonderful Time of the Year”. However, there is a slight logic to some of it and pure insanity to the rest. Blending pagan Winter Solstice traditions with Roman and Christian myths and stories have left us all with a holiday we wait all year to celebrate and barely understand. After being repackaged by Charles Dickens and Coca Cola, Christmas in America has a specific aesthetic, but the history of what lead to the Yuletide of today actually has more drugs, spirits, racism and child abuse than most people realize. Santa & Psychedelic Mushrooms of Siberia

were also a shamanic culture. The word “shaman” actually has its roots in the Tungus word saman which means “one who the spirits.” A significant aspect of the shamanism practiced in this part of the world during that time was linked to the Amanita muscaria, also known as the Fly Agaric mushroom. This special psychedelic fungus was held very sacred by these ancient Siberian people, and was used by the shaman and others for ceremonial and spiritual purposes. When out collecting mushrooms, people would pick a bunch of them under the evergreen trees and lay them out along the branches while continuing to pick the mushrooms beneath other trees. The result was something that looked very reminiscent of a modern Christmas tree: evergreen trees whose branches are dotted with bright red, roundish “decorations” – in this case the sacred mushrooms. The shaman or harvester would go around to each of their mushroom stashes and put them all in one large sack. Remind you of anything? Not only this, as the story of the tradition goes, the shaman would then, carrying this large sack, visit the homes of his or her people and deliver the mushrooms to them. They would then continue the drying process by hanging them in a sock, near the fire. In the racist Dutch tradition, Sinterklaas made his home in Spain, and traveled to the Netherlands once a year, about a month before Christmas, to menace, abuse and perhaps kidnap disobedient children, aided and abetted by his gang of dark-skinned Arab slaves. Zwarte Piet (also known as Black Pete) is the most famous companion of Saint Nicholas in the folklore of the Low Countries. Traditionally, Zwarte Piet is black because he is a Moor from Spain. Nowadays the character is considered incredibly offensive and racist.

The Evenki were northern Tungusic people who were predominantly hunter-gatherers as well as reindeer herders. Their survival depended largely upon the health and vitality of their domesticated reindeer. Dressed as a pregnant woman, the ‘Bride’ is the main character in this cast of. She symbolizes both the death of the old moon and the birth of the new one. The Bride, as the star of the show, would be seated on a wooden hemp breaker. The Koledari would carry the Hemp Breaker as if Bride was riding a horse from house to house. That's right, a hemp breaker horse. Not enough, Bride seated on top of the hemp breaker horse, would be spinning hemp to thread using a distaff. The Koledari and Grandpa would poke fun at Bride the whole night to bring a comic side to the festivities. The whole group would venture out on Koleda eve at midnight, traveling house to house. The group would sing the special Koledo songs lead by the Grandpa character. Traditional songs would be sung with the word “koledo” sprinkled in and with every sentence ending in a special koledo chant. After the singing and dancing in front of the home, the Koledari group would then rummage house searching for evil spirits that are hiding. After finding the evil spirits and ghosts, the koledari would chase them away to guarantee a bountiful harvest in the coming year. The homeowners would then give the group some heckled hemp fibers to pay for the exorcism service. The heckled hemp fibers were made into thread by the riding Bride. This special thread symbolizes fertility which would eventually be turned into newborn baby clothes. Krampus, Demons, Klingons & Saint Nicholas In Central European folklore, Krampus is a horned,

anthropomorphic figure described as "half-goat, half-demon", who, during the Christmas season, punishes children who have misbehaved. This contrasts with Saint Nicholas, who rewards the well-behaved with gifts. He’s basically like a giant, less racist, monster version of Zwarte Piet which actually him preferable. The history of the Krampus figure has been theorized as stretching back to pre-Christian Alpine traditions. Krampus carries chains, thought to symbolize the binding of the Devil by the Christian Church. He thrashes the chains for dramatic effect. The chains are sometimes accompanied with bells of various sizes. Of more pagan origins are the Ruten, the bundles of birch wood branches that Krampus carries and with which he swats naughty children. In many parts of Croatia, Krampus is described as a devil wearing a cloth sack around his waist and chains around his neck, ankles, and wrists. As a part of a tradition, when a child receives a gift from St. Nicholas he is given a golden branch to represent his good deeds throughout the year; however, if the child has misbehaved, Krampus will take the gifts for himself and leave only a silver branch to represent the child's bad acts. The beast's name comes from the German word krampen, meaning claw, and shares characteristics with demonic creatures in Greek mythology like fauns and satyrs. Due to his devilish appearance, Krampus celebrations were banned by the Catholic Church in the 12th century. Even fascists in World War II allegedly found fault with Krampus because they considered him a creation of the Social Democrats. Now Krampus is also a strain of cannabis that is a sativa dominant hybrid with a smell that is earthy, cheesy, and minty with a taste that’s earthy, piney, and diesel.

And lastly, if you look at traditional depictions of the actual Saint Nicholas, he’s clearly a Klingon. I mean, the guy looks almost exactly like Worf, son of Mogh from TNG and DS9. Why isn’t that something people talk about more often? Ancient Aliens may have mentioned it but I’ll need to go back and see if they ever did a holiday special. So this Christmas, celebrate in style by eating mushrooms, smoking weed, singing, not being racist, and be friendly to elves and demons. Happy holidaze to all and to all a good night!

Koleda was celebrated around what we know as Christmas time and is a celebration of the god Koliada who is a Slavic pagan deity symbolized by the weak winter Sun that is reborn the morning following the winter solstice. On the Eve of Koleda, a sacred rite would be performed called Koleduvane. Unmarried young men would suit up dressed as “Koledari” and venture out into the night. Koledari are Slavic traditional performers of a ceremony with costumes split up into 3 main categories:

Chanukah is the Jewish eight-day, “festival of lights,” celebrated with a nightly menorah lighting, special prayers and fried foods (hence the oil).

The Hebrew word Hanukkah means “dedication,” rightfully named because it celebrates the rededication of the Holy Temple. In the second century BCE, the Holy Land was ruled by the Seleucids (Syrian-Greeks), who tried to force the people of Israel to accept Greek culture and beliefs instead of MITZVA observance and belief in G-d. Against all odds, a small band of faithful but poorly armed Jews, led by Judah the Maccabee, defeated one of the mightiest armies on earth, drove the Greeks from the land, reclaimed the Holy Temple in Jerusalem and rededicated it to the service of G-d. When they went to light the Temple's Menorah, they found only a single jar of olive oil that had escaped contamination by the Greeks. Miraculously, they lit the menorah and the one-day supply of oil lasted for eight days, until new oil could be prepared under conditions

of ritual purity. To honor and publicize these miracles, the sages instituted the festival of Chanukah. The core ritual of Chanukah is the nightly menorah lighting. The menorah holds nine flames, one of which is the shamash (“helper candle”), which is used to kindle the other eight lights. On the first night, we light just one flame. On the second night, an additional flame is lit. By the eighth night of Chanukah, all eight lights are kindled. Prayers are recited before the lighting of the candles and traditional songs are sung. It’s appropriate to spend time with your loved ones, watching the flames. Remarking that one should spend time near the Chanukah lights after they are lit, the Previous Lubavitcher Rebbe, Yosef Yitzchak Schneerson would say, “We must listen carefully to what the candles are saying.” What are the flickering flames telling us? Michigan Celebrates First Days of Legal Recreational Cannabis Sales

Michigan celebrated their first days of recreational cannabis sales on December 1st, generating millions of dollars in revenue in their first week. Most legal cannabis sales predominantly took place at three Ann Arbor dispensaries. The state is imposing a 6% sales tax and 10% cannabis excise tax. Michigan has allocated the first $20 million in tax revenue, for the first two years of recreational sales, to be spent on research for cannabis use in medicine. The remainder of the tax revenue collected from cannabis is to be allocated as follows: 15% to cities, townships or villages and 15% to counties that have allowed recreational business; 35% to public schools and 35% to roads and infrastructure. Almost 1,400 of Michiganâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s 1,773 cities, townships and villages are not allowing recreational marijuana business in their communities. Cannabis legalization was a 2018 voterapproved measure, which gave priority recreational licensure to the existing medical program licensees, through December 6, 2021. The bill allowed for any products previously for sale in medical dispensaries to have been in inventory for 30 days or more before being transferred for recreational sales. Industry insiders fear this plan to stock recreational shelves could exacerbate a marijuana shortage, and drive the black market. Store owners say there is not enough supply of recreational marijuana flower for sale to stock their shelves and avoid selling out too quickly.. Three companies hold all of the growing licenses issued so far. The state granted 10 class C grower licenses that can be bundled or â&#x20AC;&#x153;stackedâ&#x20AC;? to increase total growing capacity. Each license allows for 1,500 marijuana plants. Exclusive Brands, which operates a retail store in Ann Arbor, is licensed to grow 1,500 marijuana plants; Lume Cannabis Co. opened Lit Provisioning Centers in Evart and is licensed to grow 6,000 plants and Green Peak Innovations, which owns a Skymint in Ann Arbor, is licensed to grow 7,500 plants. The state has licensed three processing businesses that are allowed to convert harvested marijuana to retail products. Those processors, Exclusive Brands, Arbors Wellness and Green Peak Innovations, all operate their own retail stores. The MORE Act and What it Might Mean for Cannabis Patrick Ian Moore

Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) and Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.) have now introduced The United States to the Marijuana Opportunity, Reinvestment, and Expungement Act, or the “MORE” Act. This bill, which is the first comprehensive cannabis reform measure to be voted on in Congress and purportedly has plenty of momentum given that two thirds of American citizens want to see cannabis legalized, has three primary goals. For one thing, it would completely decriminalize cannabis at the federal level by removing it as a federally controlled substance. For those who may not be aware, the Schedule I classification of cannabis not only means it's illegal and not recognized as having any medical benefits. It also means cannabis companies are subjected to U.S. tax code 280E. Section 280E of the Internal Revenue Code forbids businesses from deducting otherwise ordinary business expenses from gross income associated with the “trafficking” of Schedule I or II substances, as defined by the Controlled Substances Act.

Eventually, it could make its way to the House floor for a vote, which would give it a promising chance of passage. After all, the House is majority-run by Democrats, and most members of the Democratic Party believe in legalizing pot at the federal level. Also, it would require the federal government to review and potentially expunge previous or current non-violent cannabis offense convictions. It would also create the push for states to do the same, reversing decades of impairment caused by the War on Drugs. The MORE Act did make history on November 20th when the House Judiciary Committee voted overwhelmingly (24-10) to approve it. The MORE Act's implementation of a five percent. federal cannabis tax may only further widen the cost between legal and illicit weed, ultimately leading to reduced federal revenue from the pot industry. Even if a House-backed cannabis reform bill like the MORE Act were to reach the Senate floor for a vote, there is no guarantee that enough votes would be gained to pass it. The Senate is currently in Republican hands by a relatively slim majority, and Republicans historically have a more adverse view of cannabis than Democrats, Libertarians, Independents or The Green Party.

In conclusion, I shouldn’t have to tell you the moral of this story. Women outnumber men 2 to 1 in this world. The likelihood of women being business professionals you may deal with is extremely high. We shouldn’t have to be treated as objects that have less value or less boundaries if some douche bag finds you attractive. Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Add the dates, dried figs and water to a medium saucepan and bring to boil over medium heat. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the baking soda. Let cool for about 5 minutes, then add to a blender and puree. Using a hand mixer, cream the cannabis butter and sugar in a large bowl. Add the eggs and beat well. Fold in the flour, the pureed date mixture and the chocolate. Put the mixture into 4 buttered, 1-cup individual ramekins, filling halfway or slightly under. Put in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Prepare the sauce by stirring the sugar and cream in a medium saucepan over low heat. Simmer until the sugar dissolves. Raise the heat and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the cannabis butter and stir until incorporated. Remove the ramekins from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes. May be served in the ramekin or unmolded onto a small serving plate. With paring knife cut a cross in the top of the puddings for the sauce. Pour the sauce into the cross in the center of each pudding, then pour more sauce over the puddings and it allow to soak in slightly. Top with fresh figs and vanilla ice cream or heavily whipped cream. Serve warm and enjoy the goodness.

However, it was the overall approach to lifestyle change and well-being that caught my attention immediately. Veterans who want to attend an event of this magnitude requires much mental preparation, especially when dealing with grumpy security who are bitter about not partaking in the cannabis being passed around them. Itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s not like there were people looking to help Veterans at the event, this was a cash grab for most growers to sell as much weight as they can before the January tax hike.

They will no longer be testing for THC and will now treat misconduct regarding cannabis in the same fashion that the league addresses alcohol. The MLB is now taking a treatmentbased approach to what they list as ‘Drugs of Abuse’ now that the view of addiction has shifted to a health crisis, rather than a criminal one. In the U.S. the opioid overdose epidemic is responsible for killing 130 Americans every single day according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Research has revealed that there are less opioid prescriptions on average in U.S. states where medical and recreational cannabis is legal.

The new recreational laws created easier access for patients seeking to use cannabis to treat pain and countless other conditions. This statistically was tied to an 11.8% lower rate of opioid prescriptions each day, with medical marijuana being tied to a 4.2% drop. Medical and recreational laws also contributed to the total number of patients receiving opioids, in addition

to the total days opioids were supplied. There was also a drop in the likelihood of a healthcare provider prescribing opioids. This particular study, published in Journal of Health Economics showed that family physicians gave out more opioids than any other healthcare speciality. The authors of the study analyzed data on over 1.5 billion individual opioid prescriptions between 2011 through 2018. The authors stated in their paper, â&#x20AC;&#x153;Cannabis access laws could be a useful tool in combating the prescription opioid epidemic.While state governments have enacted various policies to curtail opioid prescriptions, e.g., prescription drug monitoring programs, many of these policies simply limit access to opioids and may push individuals already dependent

This study follows a separate study that we wrote about earlier this year which found that CBD can ease the cravings and anxiety associated with giving up heroin in former addicts. It also appeared to lessen signs of stress, such as an increased heart rate and levels of the stress hormone cortisol. The findings were published in The American Journal of Psychiatry. Those researchers used GW Pharma’s Epidiolex as their treatment drug.

For the second time in 2019, top Democratic lawmakers in New Jersey pulled the plug on legislation to legalize cannabis sales for recreational use. The move disappointed the supporters of the Governor, killing any likelihood Gov. Phil Murphy will deliver on his key campaign promise before 2021. They needed 21 “yes“ votes in the Senate for passage. A majority of Assembly members supported the bill. Some blame the administration’s efforts to unilaterally expand New Jersey’s medical marijuana program. Legislative leaders introduced a bill that will be voted on by voters during the November 2020 ballot. The resolution would need to pass both houses of the state Legislature by three-fifths majorities in one year or by simple majorities in consecutive years to make it onto the ballot. New Jersey has tried several times, and made headlines several times for their attempts to create an agreed upon legislature to legalize cannabis. “By approving this ballot measure before the end of this legislative session, New Jersey will move one step closer to righting a historical wrong and achieving what I have spent more than three years advocating for,” Gov. Phil Murphy said. Cheech and Chong’s Santa Claus and His Old Lady

“Santa Claus and His Old Lady” is a classic Christmas bit by Cheech and Chong, and one of their very bestknown comedy routines. It was the duo's first single and the first thing by them that I ever heard. I remember driving back home after visiting my grandparents and it came on the radio. My parents turned up the volume and were both laughing loudly. My brother and I started laughing too even though we didn’t really get it. Their voices were funny and we knew what we were hearing was something we liked, we just didn’t know why. It was Christmas time 38 years ago. I was 7 years old at the time and it would be two more years before I saw “Up in Smoke”. "Santa Claus and His Old Lady" did not appear on Cheech and Chong’s debut album, although it has since received continued airplay on radio stations during the Christmas season, particularly those that switch to temporary all-Christmas music formats. The routine peaked at number 4 on the Billboard Christmas Singles chart upon its original release in 1971, then peaked again at number 3 on the same chart in both 1972 and 1973.

Cheech also explains that the reason Santa Claus's sleigh can fly is because he "took the freeway" and liberally used "magic dust" and that uncomfortable experiences with Border Patrol and redneck Southerners who threatened to cut off his long hippie hair and beard prompted him to go underground with his operation. According to Cheech, Santa Claus now works undercover as a Salvation Army bell-ringer, at which point Chong once again, and more certainly this time, asserts he really had played music with Santa Claus, outside of a store.

The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration recently announced that it would be increasing the tax rates for cannabis. In an already struggling legal market, many within the industry are saying that it could only work to further the gap between the legal and illicit markets. In 2017, prior to Prop 64, California’s cannabis sales reached about $3 billion and decreased to $2.5 billion by 2018, and is projected to earn around $3.1 billion this year. The illicit market is projected to earn at least $8.7 billion this year alone. Most consumers name taxes as their primary reason for not purchasing cannabis products from licensed retailers. Increasing the tax rates could only further drive the consumers away and put licensed businesses, out of business.

Back in the 80’s when the game first hit the shelves of the iconic – but now extinct -- Canadian record store chain “Records on Wheels”, the object of the game appeared to be timeless – i.e. be the first Dealer to sell a Kilo of marijuana without getting busted by the Narc. While it may have taken years of very heavy lifting by many wise and stout, herb-supporting revolutionaries, the cannabis landscape has certainly changed for, without question, the better. Some may have beef with the legalization mechanics as dictated by various state governments, but optimists will argue that any potholes currently hit along the way will eventually be smoothed out. I am an optimist.

In kind of a ballsy (although in retrospect – seriously stupid) move, I do remember managing to smuggle a dozen games into the States by stashing them in my car and driving across the Peace Bridge into Buffalo, New York.
