023年第十九届中美电影节高峰论坛暨影视推介会于11月2日在美国洛杉矶南加 州大学亚太博物馆隆重举行。中美电影业界领军人物就“当IP遇上AI” ——电 影产业新时代议题，针对“如何在电影产业链中深挖 IP 资源？AI 等新科技在新兴电影 产业矩阵中可以发挥哪些作用？当 IP 遇上了 AI，对电影产业来说是福是祸？”问题展 开深入讨论。
这是自疫情结束以来，中美电影节、中美电视节首度恢复线下论坛。在当天论坛结束后，组委会还邀请今年中美电影 节“创投单元”的获奖作品进行现场推介，同时进行中美合作影视项目的签约仪式。

为2023年第十九届中美电影节中美电视节官方活动之一，美国西岸时间11月 2日贵州省政府代表团与美国鹰龙传媒举行的“多彩贵州，桥连世界”的专栏 落地美国城市卫视揭牌仪式成功举行。
贵州省委宣传部副部长、省广播电视局局长何云江在 活动中介绍：贵州被称为中国的“山地公园省”，拥有绚 丽多彩、浓郁浪漫的多彩贵州民族特色文化。贵州不仅 有铜仁梵净山、黔南荔波樟江、遵义赤水丹霞、黔东南施 秉云台山四个世界自然遗产地；还有亚洲最大的黄果树瀑 布；有被誉为“地球腰带上的绿宝石”的荔波小七孔；有 世界上面积最大、种类最多、保存最完好的原始杜鹃林

2023年第十九届中美电影节“创投单元”致力于发掘具有创作潜力的中美电影人才，为中美两地电影产业挑选有国际性、艺术性、思想 性、市场性的优秀项目，予以表彰并给予全方位的扶持。本届中美电影节组委会邀请了中美两地电影全产业链上的专家和学者组成评审委员 会，通过项目甄选和线上视频推介会等环节展开评选。经过甄选的优秀中美电影项目将获得各方面的资源，最终孵化成为具有市场潜力的优 秀电影作品。本届中美电影节创投单元终审评委为：中美电影节主席苏彦韬、上海电影集团董事长王健儿、华纳兄弟影业电影制作资深副总 裁Cate Adams、中国电影家协会副主席、著名导演尹力、北京作家协会副主席、著名编剧邹静之、美西编剧协会国际委员会主席Bob Underwood。终审评委将评出最后的冠亚季军作品。
据第十九届中美电影节组委会创投单元官方介绍，今年总共收到了100多部作品，评委会经过初选和复选，选出15部入围作品，前五名 还需要经过评委面试环节，最终选出前三名获奖者。今年参赛的许多创投作品，融合了国际化主流价值观与艺术化丰富表达手法，同时在项 目布局上兼顾思想性与市场性的双需求，呈现出了一派风格独特而又魅力十足的新视野。
本届中美电影节的创投作品中，参赛作品《独奏》是一部关于旅途的艺术电影，有西方哲理和东方禅意的双重意境。《家有儿女之疯 狂假期》的团队则是中国当年热播电视剧《家有儿女》的原创团队结合了好莱坞的团队创新开发的一个项目。《戏法师——推理游戏》是首 部以戏法师推理的系列电影项目。《泰塔尼克号沉没之谜》项目的原创团队中包括拥有沉没的泰坦尼克号游轮历史文物的泰坦尼克公司的股 东，由这样背景的团队打造的神秘而又惊险的电影项目。《借你之光》讲述一段值得纪念的百年前美国华裔捐款筹建哥伦比亚大学汉学的 真实历史，故事颇具吸引力。《男高音之梦》则是根据真人真事改编的音乐剧，已经在美国剧院演出成功，希望以音乐电影的形式登上大银 幕。《阿季》则是通过普通人阿季在香港的真实感人故事讲述了一个大时代的变迁。《杜富国》讲述真人真事的过程中再现一位有血有肉的 英雄人物，更感人的是描写了杜富国的太太和朋友们对他的不离不弃。《飞鸟》中展示了少数民族风情，以及人与大自然的情怀。《婴亭》 以独特的角度巧妙结合了中美老百姓友好的正面元素。《另一个儿子》、《遥望星空》、《戏中人》三部作品风格迥异，但又各具卖点。《 糖果狂想曲》是动画片的制作团队以奇幻的动画童话讲述了温暖的善良。《举世企望》作为末世题材的科幻电影项目也成为本届创投作品的 另一亮点。

华纳兄弟探索集团中国区总裁赵方表示，希望通过合 拍片把中国的人才、中国的故事、中国的文化带到国际市 场。借助华纳和上影的资源，通过中美电影节和上海国际 电影节的平台，可以发现更多的人才，孵化优秀的项目， 帮助他们把一个好的剧本，一个好的故事变成一个好的电 影，不仅是让中国的观众看到，也能够让全世界的观众看 到。
本次创投单元面向所有华语或英语制作的电影项目； 电影长片已具有可拍摄的完整剧本，需提供100字以内一 句话概述、5000字以内故事梗概及完整剧本（中英双语 对照）；影片尚未开始拍摄，且尚未完成全部融资活动； 未参与过其他电影市场或创投活动的项目将优先考虑；中 国的电影项目需具备在中国公映的潜质并具有商业或艺术 价值。
“创投单元”将评选出“评委会特别推荐项目”一等 奖（暨“华纳兄弟探索特别大奖）、二等奖和三等奖各一 名，所有获奖作品都将获得不同级别的奖金奖励，同时获 得评委会提供的全方位资源。此外，所有入围电影项目将 被授予2023年第十九届中美电影节“优秀创投项目”称 号。

了中国少年肖肖和他美国好友奥利弗的冒险之旅。他们发 明了一种神奇的“思维神器”，但不小心将自己的父亲老 沈和奥利弗的宠物狗亨利也卷入了实验之中。奥利弗的家 庭危机以及科技大亨米尔斯的神秘出现让情况更加复杂。
两位少年和一只宠物狗将如何应对这场危机呢？在这一过 程中，两个文化背景完全不同的少年将共同面对各种挑 战，不仅是技术上的，还有文化和语言上的。这个故事将 帮助孩子们感受到文化交流的魅力，理解不同背景之间的 共鸣和友情。

节中美电视节的合作交流成果。

首度增设“创投单元”，全方位扶持中美优秀电影项目
2023年第十九届中美电影节期间，由中美电影节组 委会和美国亚洲文化艺术基金会联合美国的华纳兄弟探索 集团冠名支持，并与中国的上海电影集团共同联合发起推 出“创投单元”。该单元致力于发掘具有创作潜力的中美 电影人才，为中美两地电影产业挑选有国际性、艺术性、 思想性、市场性的优秀项目，予以表彰并给予全方位的扶 持。今年创投单元终审评委分别是中美电影节主席苏彦 韬、上海电影集团董事长王健儿、华纳兄弟影业电影制作 资深副总裁Cate Adams、中国电影家协会副主席、著名 导演尹力、北京作家协会副主席、著名编剧邹静之、美西 编剧协会国际委员会主席Bob Underwood。终审评委评 选出的前三名作品将在11月1日“金天使奖”颁奖典礼上 获颁冠亚季军的殊荣。

美国洛 杉矶郡郡政 府为表彰中 美电影节中 美电视节对 于好莱坞所 在的大洛 杉矶郡的贡 献，连续第 八年再度将 2023年11 月命名为“ 中美电影节 中美电视节 月”。大洛 杉矶郡郡 长Kathryn Barger在郡 政府总部亲 自为组委会 代表颁奖。

推广多元民族文化，展现多彩贵州
在第十九届中美电影节期间，贵州省将于11月2日举 行“多彩贵州，桥联世界”专题节目落地美国城市卫视揭 牌仪式暨文化旅游推介活动。贵州是古人类发祥地之一， 也是一个多民族共居的省份，拥有丰富的旅游资源。此次 活动也将为美国民众打开一扇窗口，通过“多彩贵州，桥 联世界”的精彩节目了解贵州风土人情，展开奇妙的中国 影视文化和艺术之旅。
