As part of the Name Your Neighborhood project, the City of Edina is seeking comments on proposed neighborhood names and boundaries. Two map options for each of Edina’s four quadrants have been developed by a volunteerled committee. All map options are on the City’s website at www.EdinaMN.gov. The maps are also on display at City Hall. Comments may be made by: • Writing to Edina City Hall, 4801 W. 50th St., Edina
The last community meeting on the topic will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12, at the Edina Senior Center to discuss a volunteer committee’s final map recommendations. When the Name Your Neighborhood project is completed, residents in each neighborhood will have the option to voluntarily create a City-recognized neighborhood association.

Madonna Palladino has been attending our fitness classes for more than ten years, and Sydney Holly’s yoga class for seven years. Why does she choose Edina Community Ed? “I come because I can ride my bike here. I also come because I enjoy attending classes with my daughter, now 20. So many fitness places are all young people. Where else but Community Ed would you get this great mix of people?”
