Greetings from Book Buddies Camp Director, Heather Whitesell! We look forward to a fun filled summer with authors including Nancy White Carlstrom, Denise Fleming, Nancy Shaw, Cathryn Falwell and Donald Crews. Each author based theme will provide activities focused on the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) model. In the Falwell unit, children will experiment with shapes and sizes. Farm life and animals will be explored through the works of Denise Fleming. The Crews and Shaw units encourage children to investigate movement and things that go. Come along for the adventure!
