New product proposals, the latest trends and future tendencies will be given even more scope and visibility in the forthcoming Special Areas at Big Buyer 2024. Many professionally oriented Workshops and Creative Laboratories will provide participants with plenty of practical inputs to use in their daily work and retail outlet management. The Labs will focus on various themes and applications, ranging from Window dressing to Visual merchandising, the World of Colour, increasingly popular Calligraphy and Lettering techniques, Party, Gift & Packaging for a festive atmosphere, Children, Books & more, including many stories and bookshop items. Then, after the huge success at the last event, Digitech Point is returning with Roland, for those who want to experiment withnew ways to provide customised in-store services. COLORTEC LAB 3rd Edition - FOR EXPERTS

Following its popularity at previous editions, Big Buyer is reintroducing COLORTEC Lab, a space dedicated to Creativity, Arts&Crafts and Hobbies. This interactive workshop is for launching and promoting the Exhibiting Companies’ products (paper, paints, inks, paintbrushes, techniques, Arts&Crafts and DIY tools). Artistic demonstrations will focus on different topics and techniques beneficial to Stationers, who will have the opportunity to get direct experience of the full potential of the materials used. Students and emerging Artists will try their hand at creating original, trendy works, catching the attention and appreciation of Visitors.

DIGITECH POINT & TOP SERVICE 2nd Edition

This workshop will allow Retailers in the Stationery &Office sector to approach and directly experience new ways of providing customised in-store services. This is the underlying concept behind DIGITECH Point, a project implemented by Big Buyer in partnership with Roland DG also for the 28th Edition of the Event. Starting from the assumption that current change mainly arises from the huge availability of technologies and constant innovation in terms of tools, materials and products, what can really make a difference for the POS is the ability to actively participate in creating goods and services that Consumers can purchase in shops.

For the first time at Big Buyer an exhibition area will be set up where technological supports and accessories, combined with workstations and furnishing accessories, become solutions also suitable for a home environment: the perfect balance of aesthetics and functionality, together with promoting quality materials and design. In this area, a jury of experts will select the most deserving product for the TOP DESIGN AWARD 2024.

In this case, it will be necessary to submit to the organisation an indicative layout of the stand that must be compliant with the technical and safety standards of the Fair. The perimeter walls must be 3.00 meters high, except for the islands, whose perimeter sections can reach a height of max 4.00 meters.

N.B. To provide a more uniform image and a more refined setting, the floor of the exhibition halls will be entirely carpeted by EDINOVA.

REPRESENTED COMPANIES

It is strictly forbidden for the Exhibitor to “host” other Companies at its stand. Exhibiting Companies may promote products and/or services of Companies provided that they are officially represented exclusively on national territory and in all distribution channels. In any case, the Exhibitor must register each individual Represented Company at the Event. Registration allows participation at the stand of the Represented Company (maximum two Companies per 16 sqm) and its inclusion in the Official Catalogue of Big Buyer 2024. The cost of each individual Registration, starting from the second is established at € 485.00 .

Planning the sending of a DEM during participation at Big Buyer allows Exhibiting Companies to further promote participation and invite Industry Buyers to their stand, to illustrate the novelties that will be presented at the Fair and inform them about any promotions/coupons activated during the days of Event. Edinova will create the DEM, using the textual and graphic content provided by the Customer.
