KATRINA SIGNING OFF Hello my kois! It’s been quite a while, hasn’t it? I’m not a fan of goodbyes but since our time was cut short, I feel like one is in order. First, I would like to say thank you. Thank you to Mr.Morais for putting up with my constant questions and morning visits. Thank you to Nicole Nguyen for being the most understanding Lieutenant Governor a girl could ask for. Thank you to my officers, Gisel Chavez, Channon and Cheyenne Enriquez, Dahlia Inis, Jerelyn Tello, Avery Corales, Marithza Romero, Esmeralda Gonzalez, and Haazim Ali III, who supported and stuck by me throughout our time here. Special thanks to Kirsten DeJesus and Delila Seth for pushing me to be a better president. Thank you to all of my Key Club members for making it a safe place and showing me that passion for change is within us all. My time as President was truly a learning experience and I am grateful for everything I have gained from it. Without you all, my experience in Key Club would not have been as memorable as it was. It was truly a pleasure to be able to serve alongside you. With that said, I am sorry that our time together was incomplete. I am sorry for all the ways that I might have been lacking as a President. I have hope that next year will be a sort of renaissance for Edison Key Club. I know for sure that it is in good hands. To all of you, I hope that your experience in Key Club will prove to be as impactful as mine. I hope you all find a desire to make change and bring light back to your community and Stockton. All of your hard work will be rewarded. I love you all, blub blub!

OFFICER TRAINING CONFERENCE

WHAT IS OTC? OTC stands for officer training conference which is a four hour event where general members and officers come together to attend workshops hosted by lieutenant governors and DLT members. These Presentations teach you about the core values of Key Club along with other officer positions such as president, vice president, secretary, treasurer and etc. which will help you prepare for the upcoming term.

JAMELA TUPAS At the DCM, we got a ton of recognition then I attended balancing life and key club where I learned how to maintain good relationships. in session #2 I attended in the secretary presentation where I learned about the benefits and tasks about being a secretary. In my Filipino club I’m a secretary and I’d like to learn more about being one. Finally in the 3rd session I attended the Vice President session then I learned how to be a vp and the work that there is.
